I have been coming to this station for nine years. I’ve had great experiences with almost all of the maintenance needs of our family’s vehicles. Most recently, the team expertly machined my Audi’s rotors and installed new pads and drained and refilled the hydraulics. Brakes work like new. I received very courteous service and had all of my questions answered. This is a newer team now, and they seem to be very focused on giving quality workmanship and equipment at a good value. I will keep coming here as long as that is their practice.

DESERVES NO STAR. MY CAR WAS PUT IN SALVAGED CONDITION BECAUSE I HAD MY MOTOR MOUNT FIXED IN THIS SHOP. DURING THAT TIME I WAS GETTING MY AC FIXED AT PEPBOYS THE WEEK BEFORE AND THEY HAD JUST CHANGED MY COMPRESSOR , TO GET 2ND OPINION I TOLD RAMONA THAT MY AC WAS MESSED UP AND LOOK AT IT. THEY DIAGNOSED AND SAID MY COMPRESSOR WAS DAMAGED ( BUT PEPBOYS JUST REPLACED IT ) , I WAS BROUGHT TO THE BACK WITH THE OLD GUY WHO WAS THE AC MECHANIC AND DUDE WAS POKING MY COMPONENTS WITH HIS SCREW DRIVER SAYING MY COMPRESSOR WAS JACKED. TOTAL SCAMMERS. THIS WAS 9 YEARS AGO. AND I CANT BELIEVE THIS SHOP IS STILL OPEN. I HAVE MY VIN# AND CAN CONFIRM I WAS A CUSTOMER. SHOP ARE FULL OF SCAMMERS. AFTER BRINGING MY CAR HERE ALOT OF ISSUES STARTED WITH MY CAR FROM SUSPENSION TO MY WIRINGS.

Ramona Tire saved me! They took the time to explain what all had to be done and how long it was going to take. Jim was amazing! Customer service was above and beyond. The price was reasonable and I never felt overcharged for the job they had to do (flat tire and lug nut stud replacement). Never was I pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. I will be coming to Ramona tire from now on to have all my car problems taken care of. Thank a million guys!

I don't mind the fact that I have to pay for an extra quart of oil but what is FET?? Also I have an older vehicle that still has grease fittings and needs to be lubed. It says right in the description of service to be performed that lube the chassis is included. I was told I would have to make another appointment to have that done.????? What the HE?? is that about? I'm old school and that should be done at the time of the oil change, always has been to my knowledge.

Thursday 3/28/24 Our need for a vehicle repair was greatly needed due to a severe Power Steering Fluid Leak. Ramona Tire on Menlo in Hemet was close by. My wife and I took our vehicle in and the Asst. Mgr. (Brian Urias) gave us an Estimate to repair the problem; we agreed and the repair was done quick & accurate to our satisfaction. This entire staff was very pleasant. This was our 1st visit, and surly not our last. Thanks to the entire team at this location. Our NOW… GO-TO Tire & Service Ctr.
