As long as you are able to schedule on line, the process is simple and efficient, but some people are not there yet and they expect someone will be there to help them. This breakdown causes problems. Texts must leave their work to assist the waiting room. I think a reception person might still be needed till we can all catch up.

My appointment was quick and easy. The technician that drew my blood was excellent at her job. I didn't feel a thing. I was definitely impressed.

If you don’t have an appointment don’t come they’ll make you wait hours. And if you make an appointment make sure you get confirmation customer service is not bad but not the best.

I took my 3 year old for lab testing the lady who was drawing blood needed to ask for help from 2 others. I felt lack of confidence in profession which made me feel nervous, especially when it's regarding your child! They poked both arms and still couldn't get the job done. Mention you there was 4 of us they made things more traumatic for no reason. After bruising both arms they told me they didn't get all blood needed for testing. I was told to take him back, but at this point I will seek elsewhere perhaps with more experience. I don't recommend this lab for children. I have taken my child for lab work at different location before, and never experienced this type of setting!

Good fast service! Recommend making an appointment for faster service! Usually in and out in less then fifteen minutes!
