Making customers wait and not acknowledging that they are there is not good for your business. Waited a good 7 minutes and I walked out from being ignored. I get there is another customer ur dealing with but acknowledgement of my presence would be nice. Won't return here again.

I have no words for the superb service we have been receiving for the last couple of years from Kimberly and Gracie. Two fantastic ladies that truly go the proverbial extra mile to help out their customers. Their store is also the best looking one in the entire area. Always clean and sweet smelling. Please keep it up because I am so sure this store's success has 2 names: Kim & Gracie!

I have had a po box with my husband here now for over 5 years because of the neighborhood we live in that has package poachers.... everything we order ONLINE goes here and we have NEVER LOST A PACKAGE ?... NOT ONE.

I bought a postage stamp and a gift card. The card was only $3.25. I paid for the stamp and card, and when I got home I looked at my receipt and the regular postage stamp cost me 90 cents!!! I called them and they confirmed the cost for a stamp is 90 cents! I was floored! I asked the clerk to double check the price and sure enough, that's what they charge. Its theoretically a service related charge, like a convenience fee, but in reality it's simply price gouging. I'll continue going there because they sell a large variety of cute jewelery, as well as all sorts of pens, paper, note pads, etc. and full service as far as certified letters and more.

I was at the facility on April the 5th approximately 12pm, And met Kimberly. She was the technician for for fingerprinting. She was an outstanding employee. We had several issues trying to get my prints to appear. She tried very hard and every way possible to try to make that work. We were able to get a few green Approved for finger print, but she did not give up and, I was super impressed with her professionalism friendliness enjoying her job. Kimberly was an outstanding Employee. I had great customer experience. Keep up the awesome job Kimberly, You are a great access to the company. Carrie

It would have been nice if they warned me ahead of time how expensive it was going to be! Over $200 to send a violin to Oregon. Granted they packed it up nice but when they told me the cost I was shocked. I'm sure that that Luis Dejoy guy had a lot to do with raising rates and goofing up service so I can't be totally mad at Postal Annex.

I make calls I get put on hold and told someone will call me back. I purchased a mailbox for $200 due to the business boxes being Vandalize in the area. I go in to see if I can get a prorated refund because I really don’t need a box for two years and I’m told no refund i’m stuck for 2 years. What a horrible welcome and waste of time at this place Playing Christian music doesn’t match with a bad attitude towards customers in person and ever the phone. I’m in line just like everyone else but I’ll don’t get served properly.

Kim and Gracie are always kind, courteous, and respectful. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help and accommodated me when I needed mail held or forwarded, and when I needed to let a friend use my box. I will miss seeing them each day to pick up my mail.

if I could leave no stars or a half of a star - I would. This place has horrible customer service - the two girls up front are extremely rude - lazy and just sit there and tell you what they CAN'T do to help you. Very negative employees - with bad attitudes! The management here must have changed for the worst - been coming here since 2005 and the previous owners were wonderful. Not any more, sadly. Just a bunch of lazy negative people that are not helpful at all. Will NEVER enter that place again ! Will be doing my postal needs elsewhere

Had my wife do a Live Scan for her work and they had problems getting her finger prints done. They weren't patient enough and suggested to go somewhere else. UPS store had no problems doing it for her. When it comes to doing a Live Scan at this place it seems they don't know what they're doing!
