STYLES GALORE! Hemet's Old-Navy has a great selection of clothing for men! I'm impressed as some locations have shortchanged me before and I'm happy to say I have options here! The store has great coats and pants. I think the t-shirts need slight improvement and the hoodies are too run-of-the-mill. However, most of the clothes are great and you can fall into a spiral like me and end up breaking the bank . The value is great as the clothes made of good material, but I think they need to chill out a bit. Service can be better, some of the staff is kind of checked out which is weird to me as the store isn't old. On the other hand, some staff are helpful and have initiative. Oh! This store also has an amazing stock of clothes for women and kids. Lots of it!

Yay! Just found out Old Navy came to Hemet! On my first visit to this store I was on a mission for toddler clothes. So I didn't get the chance to wonder around. Selection for this purpose however was wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

Went here in search of pair of pajamas for my daughter's Spirit week, and employees just followed us around from area to area in our search after a (night shift) overweight lead associate snapped NO!, before I asked if they had any pajamas located elsewhere. "Best time to buy im October!"Went online and they do have more pajamas, I'd rather her order online and or store pick up than shop in person after that ridiculous experience.

Store is clean, had a great experience the few times I've been. One complaint, Vanessa. She has absolutely no customer service skills. I hope it was just a bad day she was having. If someone is that miserable at work maybe look somewhere else. The attitude she shown probably mean management, I wouldn't see a regular employee getting away with treating customers so bad.

I've been here several times now and really enjoy the service and items. I can't wait until they put out the spring/summer line. The first time I came, I was a bit overwhelmed because I wanted to try on all the pants. Lol. I found a perfect high-waisted Jean that was actually on sale.. I love "on sale"! "Most" of the employees are very cheerful and welcome you in.. I am so glad you came to Hemet

Maybe I'm too old for Old Navy but the clothes are meh and the line was too long to wait anyway, I was sort of excited to see them open up a store in Hemet, but now that they are open, I could care less. Their selection is not the best, I'd rather visit the one in Temecula.

Nice clean store , looks in stock. Only problem is none of the employees will even make eye contact with customers. I helped myself on floor then dressing room unmanned. I nearly ran into a worker he didn't even look up. Just keep walking.Customer Service needs help.
