“Awesome customer service Karina great job. Checked for deals, had a hard to find item, put everything on my phone for me and got me out the door in 15 minutes .. Small location on the corner off Florida in a small Plaza across from Walgreens on one side. A Shell gas station in the other side. Worth the stop!”
“One of the best Cricket Wireless stores I’ve been too hands down. I live in Temecula and always drive out to this location. The Manager and employees are ALWAYS very helpful. They are always so amazing with my kids & my parents. They are elderly and they always open the door for them since they are in a wheelchair. Definitely recommend to come to this Cricket store in Hemet. Always an amazing experience. Thank you Cricket.”
“Aaron was a great help. He set us up with 2 new phones and got us free tablets to boot! He switched over all our info from our old phones to our new phones and even set up our new tablets so we could use them right away! All the while helping other people while waiting for our stuff to download. He was the only person in the store. Great customer service. Won't go to another store!”
