She was a manager of the place. I cannot remember a name. She was so awesome and helped me out so much good customer service. She would above and beyond you don't get that very much. Anymshe was a daytime manager

Honestly I stay going to this metro. Young man that works there always makes the process easier when my phone don’t work. Always excited to help a customer who walks in . I appreciate your services will continue going !

The Worst service by far. I went in to pay my bill at 6:20 pm on a Monday, the girl there was on her cell and asks the person on the phone to hang on. My bill was $113 and I was trying to pay with a $100 dollar bill plus a $20. The girl said she had no change, so I said: no change for $120?? the bill is $113? She goes on to say she already put all her cash down because she was leaving soon, I asked "What time do you close?" She says I'm leaving at 6:30, but I'll wait for you to get change though.... Hmm the store sign says they close at 7:00 pm. Anyway. I leave to go get change I'm back before 6:30, by this time she had already put all the shutters in place, was getting ready to close up she was standing by the door just waiting for me. I go in and I ask doesn't the store close at 7 pm? She gives me an excuse about being told she has to close early because of store policy and she has to update the computers before she leaves and so on. With rude service like that it's no wonder I usually pay online. If she had a better attitude the entire time and apologized for not having change instead of making up excuses, I wouldn't have minded leaving to get my own change. Plus if a store says they close at 7 they stay open til 7, update those computer after closing.

If you want to activate your own metro compatible phone they will lie to you here and say it’s not compatible to try to get you to buy a new phone from them. But go to a different metro store or call their 1800 number and they will activate it easy.

There is always at least 3 people ahead of me. The wait depends on the complexity of whatever issue the customers ahead of me are dealing with. They could use 1 other tech person.

The girl that you have at that location..the are doing the good for the best of GOD'S kingdom..they are very professional and they are taking care of you business..to corporate keep them 3 of them..God bless you ALL..including the girls.
