“GOOD for drug/employment screenings. I was pleasantly surprised to find the DNA collection clinic here in Hemet. The clinic partners with QUEST and honors orders from them. The place is pretty cozy and bigger than it looks. Within the office there’s an accesible water cooler in case you’re dehydrated and in need of liquid assistance for drug screenings. The facility is also very clean and well-kept. Most of the staff are nice, some are a little grumpy and burnt out, however I’m glad to say no one was explicitly rude to me so that was a bonus. If you’re in the middle of a paternity case across the street at the court house you can run over to DNA and find out who the father is! Yes, they do that too! I’d recommend this location.”

“Their new office is great. Very quick and easy digital check in. Seems like appointments are always full for a couple weeks but walk-ins are reasonably quick. Average total time spent there as a walk-in is 30-60 minutes. 60 minutes if their lobby is completely full.”

“I went to Quest this morning for blood work for my upcoming physical. The place was packed. But, even so, they were very efficient in moving people in and out. Check-in was automated using self-service kiosks. Our turn came up quickly (we had scheduled appointments.) From the time we were called (my wife and I scheduled appointments close together), until the time we left took only about 7 or 8 minutes. The phlebotomist had me verify my name on the labels, drew three vials of blood, and had me check my name and doctor again on the vials at the end. Even though we were moved in and out quickly, I didn't feel rushed. It was a great experience.”
