“Great place for lab work. Easy check-in or making online appointments with the convenience of receiving a text when they are ready for you so you can wait in your car in the parking lot. It doesn't matter who you get, everyone is super friendly and professional. Your results are usually back very fast. The check-in staff is kind, fast, and helpful. The lab techs are gental, informative, and great at what they do. The bathroom is always clean and fully stocked. There's plenty of parking, and even without an appointment, it's never a long wait.”
“As long as you are able to schedule on line, the process is simple and efficient, but some people are not there yet and they expect someone will be there to help them. This breakdown causes problems. Texts must leave their work to assist the waiting room. I think a reception person might still be needed till we can all catch up.”

“GOOD for drug/employment screenings. I was pleasantly surprised to find the DNA collection clinic here in Hemet. The clinic partners with QUEST and honors orders from them. The place is pretty cozy and bigger than it looks. Within the office there’s an accesible water cooler in case you’re dehydrated and in need of liquid assistance for drug screenings. The facility is also very clean and well-kept. Most of the staff are nice, some are a little grumpy and burnt out, however I’m glad to say no one was explicitly rude to me so that was a bonus. If you’re in the middle of a paternity case across the street at the court house you can run over to DNA and find out who the father is! Yes, they do that too! I’d recommend this location.”
