Does not honor warranties. Bought a bed from here with a 10 year warranty had some problems with the bed so I called about my warranty and Jim claimed he'd look into it and help me out and I've never heard back from him and he has never returned any of my calls. Just moved to hemet needed a bed same day. Wanted a very firm mattress she went out of her way to get me what i wanted . I love my mattress would recommend this place to all

I just moved to hemet .Needed a mattress same day. Nothing in store was firm enough. BARBARA called and found a mattress that was perfect and had it brought to store for me.got my bed same day. I love it. She imwas very nice and so sweet thanks for going over and above.
