Not long ago I purchased 2 kobalt rubber mallots 45 oz. And a 28 oz.from Lowe's because of the kobal life time warranty. Since that time they apparently don't carry those two mallots because I've been told to purchase them online at Lowe's and they would return my money to me when I went to go pick those new ones up at whatever store I sent them to Today I went to the Lowe's in Hemet that Lowes tried to give me a store card for the value of $13 for those two mallets that I paid $70 between the two. Cobalt is a brand that they carry in kobalt warranty should be honored by Lowe's. There's no questions about it if they sell the item there's no reason why they can't under the warranty and replace the ones I bought and they can't do it and they're trying to give me $13 for $70 tool . I wouldn't shop at this Lowe's. It was the last load in the world the nerve of the people.

Nothing comparable with other place like Home Depot I come here for some wood cutting and this guys take like 2 hours to help me after I pay manger never send anybody to help

MUCH better over the HD in Hemet. Cleaner, and at least when I went in, more knowledgeable people. While I was in, I found an incredible value in patio lights and left with over $300 in lights when I only came in to pick up a few minor things! Outside was very nice too!

Another good visit post stove purchase and delivery to return ill fitting connections and buy new connections. Staff always seems available to help even at the cust srv / return counter, makes the transaction go a little smoother. Go after 7 and it's easier to get around the store and if you need staff they are around.

When the contractor helping us out found some more siding needing to be replaced, I called the pro desk and talked with Kaye. I told her what I needed and that I would be there in 20 minutes. The materials were on a cart waiting for me and she had already charged my account so I was able to immediately load up the materials and head back to the project. The contractor was "blown away" by how fast I got back with the materials. Great job by Kaye and the Lowes team!

When purchasing paint from Lowe's, in Hemet CA 92544, I'm shouting out, "buyers beware". We are rehabbing a small house in Sage CA. I found my wall measurements are 19x19 at 8' tall. The size is 4x19x8' totaling 576 sq ft of wall space. A Lowes paint department associate recommended specific paint for the project. I went with that recommendation. I have painted many, many house interiors and exteriors. Having over 45 years in the construction and remodeling industry. I know how to paint. A good rule of thumb is 1 gallon of paint to everybody 400 sq ft. The five (5) gallon bucket I bought should have more than sufficiently covered 576 ft of wall space and the entire ceiling. However, after painting the walls and ceiling the paint dried leaving all kinds of blotchy areas. Being dissatisfied with the results of that recommended paint I returned to Lowe's and explained exactly what i have written herein. An on duty sales associate recommended I scrub my walls with TSP and then repaint All of it. His response was stupid. I had already primer and paint, therefore, that was not going to address product failure. The paint did not fully cover the primer with one coat. That is the bottom line. I returned to the job and after gathering bbthe remaining paint I then returned to Lowe's. I went to the exchange counter and after a short conversation with the Return receptionist I asked to speak with a manager. Having explained the situation of product failure, that manager went to his manager, trying to seek resolution. The manager came back to me and offered 20% off of another 5 gallon bucket. That was a slap in the face to me. I had $200 worth of additional material that I was going to purchase. My son was waiting at a checkout. I walked up to him and said leave that stuff sit and let's go. I will not ever buy another thing from Lowe'. My last referral to Lowes was a $35,000.00 purchase order. Over a $185.00 five gallon trash paint product Lowe's has written off my business. i recommend everyone beware of Lowes management practices. I will never reti to the paint department at Lowe's. Nobody from Lowe's recommended contacting the product manufacture. I would of been happy with that resolve. Instead, I went across the street to Home Depot and purchased additional paint to cover up the trash. Lowes sold me.

I Purchase an AC Union for my window. I was over a week from the 30 days return policy. They told me they cannot help me it's not my new year they can do any overwrite. I pay $700 for the union. I told him is defected they say only in the store is 30 days it's nothing they can do, I purchase stuff from Home Depot. They pass 30 days and they help you do not go to Lowe's. Home Depot is better.

We have a big backyard project and have been going to different Lowe's locations (Redlands, Highland, Moreno Valley, & Hemet) to purchase materials. Lowe's Hemet garden center has the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Thank you, Peter and Jose, for always assisting my husband at all times. You always go out of your way to make every visit worthwhile.

Received outstanding service from Chris in Plumbing today! When another employee could not locate the toilet I was looking for, Chris located it in a matter of seconds! He is a kind and extremely helpful employee who truly cares about the customer and it is obvious he loves his job! Chris is a true asset to Lowe's! Clone Chris as he is one of a kind!

My Wife and I went into the Lowes in Hemet, Ca today. I was looking for help in the Electrical Dept. with Ceiling Fans. We asked an Employee for assistance, he told us it was not his Department. He sent another Employee to help us. Employee ERNIE came to help us. I was explaining to Ernie about the problems I was having with my Ceiling fan, which I purchased from this Lowes many years ago. After explaining the issue I was having with my ceiling fan, Ernie had a smirk on his face . Ernie said to me "I am just waiting for your question". I felt like this was very rude and condescending. I have worked in the retail industry for almost 40 years. That is DEFINITELY not the way you talk to your Customers. After this interaction with Ernie I went up to Customer Service and asked to speak to a Manager. I spoke with the Manager on Duty (Did not get his name) He was very Nic and helpful. He told me that ERNIE is actually a Manager. I was in total shock that a Manager at this Lowes store talks to Customers like this. I have been shopping at Lowes for 30 plus years. I will NEVER shop at Lowes again. I would rather spend my hard earned money somewhere else

Everyone was very helpful that I spoke with and dealt with at this particular Lowe's,, here in Hemet. Tommy who gave me lots of great tips and ideas for the project I had in mind was really great, and then put everything in my car for me. Ava at check out was just outstanding and super friendly. I needed to go back today and was there with a neighbor who is helping me with another project, and everyone was nice and helpful, and I was even offered cold water at check out. I am so thankful that I don't live far away from this particular Lowe's and will definitely be back.

I just left Lowe's a little bit ago and Kel the rock star & Rad Chad did a great job helping us load this very heavy gazebo!. Super nice and helpful really loved their vibes Chad came up us to us making sure we were doing fine and led us to customer service so they can take care of us, then said he will help us load up! Thank you Chad & Kel.

I wanted to have an estimation regarding fencing and security gate installation. So, I made a consultation appointment with Lowe's. I was informed they will be in our house so that they can go over material options, show samples and give us an estimate for installing. So, the day of appointment came and was waiting for all day long, waiting for the consultant to come and see how much it would cost. guess what, no one showed up. This is called customer service. I usually refer my friends to Lowe's for their projects but not anymore. they really do not care about people time. no emails or text messages that the consultant would not come so we can reschedule in advance. anyway, I guess I will take my business somewhere else .

I normally visit Home Depot but decided to give Lowe's a shot !! So disappointed no one wanted to WORK! Everyone was just walking by and would ask for assistance nobody had time. Apparently the men's bathroom had a meeting!
