Lisa Velasco very unprofessional like to let people hear my voice what kind individual she is she comes to buy a property try to sell my house that I paid for that I did all the upgrade And stating that I have no rights And basically try to bully me by threatening me to give me an evection notice I like to let other people know how unprofessional you are and how you try to involve a minor and a eviction notice You are one very rude individual and I also attached a copy of your text on this review so people can't see that you are very unprofessional agent and also I don't think you know anything about law

I can't say enough positive things about Loni Vogler... she's by far the best real estate Agent you could ever work with, and I know from experience. Buying or selling property can be a rollercoaster ride, but she goes above and beyond in making the ride as smooth and as pleasant as humanly possible and not just for her clients, but for everyone she works with. When we chose to have Loni as our Agent, we not only aquired the best Agent around, but we made a lifelong friend in the process.... how many people can say that? Ms. Vogler was an amazing asset to my husband and I, She Did an amazing job selling our house. She listed our home on a friday, and it was sold on a monday! She really knows her business. She had our home listed in multiple market places and on multiple online listings sites. Our friends and family commented on how professional the listings looked. Loni was extremely professional! She let us know what to expect the entire process. I felt like she was really there to help us in so many ways. We moved out of state, and I felt completely confident that Loni would take care of anything that we might have needed while out of town. I can not highly recommend her enough, She is totally the right person for the Job, she will get you the best results!

I'm not one to hand out 5 stars for nothing but Robert Feigen deserves nothing less. Great communication skills and always on top of things related to a sale. We've used 4 different agents over the years and not one came even close to Rob's expertise in his handling of our latest property transfer. He's quick to answer calls and texts and is not one to let a question go unanswered. We were ALWAYS kept abreast of every nuance pertaining to our sale. We are so happy with the service we received from Loni and her company. In fact, this is our second time around using Loni Vogler with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. My husband and I bought a house with the intent of fixing it up and selling when we were ready to retire. A trusted friend recommended Loni and she really came through for us. When we were ready to sell, she contacted us immediately. Every time we text or emailed, Loni's response time was amazing. And, our house sold for well over the asking price. She and her staff have been professional and yet very kind. In fact, it felt like we were doing business with family. Loni Vogler is an excellent real estate broker. I first met her in early 2003 after a recommendation from a realtor friend of mine. He told me that she was the top seller in all of the Riverside county's Empire Valley. We worked well together and she sold me two investment properties. Later that year, I wanted to buy two more investment properties and she sold me two more. For these sales, I never saw the homes at all before closing. I trusted her judgement so much that when she picked the homes and sent me the pictures, I moved forward with the sales.Three years ago, I wanted to sell one of the properties and asked Loni to handle the deal. She reviewed the property, made suggestions on repairs and upgrades, and picked out the tile, paint and carpets on her own. The property sold for top dollar.So, late last Friday afternoon, I texted Loni and told her I was thinking of selling two more properties with a 1031 exchange. Two hours later, she had comps and estimated closing statements. I decided to move ahead and we talked all weekend long on on the details. I gave her no advance notice that I would contact her and yet I had her full time attention all weekend.Loni had a great knowledge of the business, a lot of common sense and judgement, and a willingness to work hard for her clients. I highly recommend her.
