Great selection of equipment. They have a huge cardio section, a large functional training areas, ans a lot of free weights. As far as corporate gyms go it's a solid spot. Also they have a lot of classes if that's your thing.

Silver sneakers classes on Tuesday and Thursday are awesome. The instructor makes them interesting.
