WORST TAX EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I met with Ronnie in April 2023 to file my taxes. On November 9th, 2023 her receptionist, Paula called me to inform me that my taxes were rejected on September 14th and if I didn’t contact the IRS that day I would be penalized for late submission. They requested an extension on my taxes because their caseload was too high and they couldn’t file my taxes in a timely manner. Paula was extremely rude and unprofessional in conversation regarding this matter and when I asked why I wasn’t informed on this when I called to check the status of my tax return 3x between August-October she claimed that she will not be playing the blame game. This company charges top dollar for less than mediocre services. I am tempted to report them to the better business bureau, save your money and find a different tax agency!

Kalos Tax Mgmt is just simply the best! My entire family has used them for 15+ years. We used to live in Hemet, CA but have since moved in 2006 to Silver Spring, MD but still use Jeff Tabor and his remarkable staff to prepare our Federal and State taxes. Being enrolled agents makes a difference you can rely on! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kalos is an honest and hard working agency. They have integrity. I have been having my taxes done by them for 9 years. I appreciate them very much. If you do not complete your taxes yourself with a program I highly recommend them.

I've been going to Kalos for the past 14 years, first with Scott Petter and then with Ronnie Lopez. They have always been professional and on time. The only recommendation I have for customers is that they pay for their services with checks so that they have a clear payment record with Kalos. Overall, very good service. 5 stars.
