We love the convenience of using their online document upload services and working with Brian Carr for all our tax returns needs. Brian Carr is always available when we have questions or need advice. This was our third or fourth year using Kalos. I moved from a higher volume tax preparer on the coast that seemed to be just going through the motions. The information collecting INTUIT link made getting my info to Kalos quite simple. A couple of phone calls to clarify some issues and my taxes were completed. Our phone calls were handled promptly and courteously by the office staff. We were able to sign the forms online and file without going into the office. The refund was directly deposited into our account. Easy Peasy...

I have used Jeff Tabor with Kalos Tax Management for over 35 years for my business and personal income taxes and have always been pleased with the timely manner in which I receive my taxes completed. All of the office staff are truly amazing and so very helpful. I started with Kalos when I lived in Hemet, continued using them after I moved to Oregon and now retired and living in Texas I still depend on them to take care of all my filings. We hired Brian Carr to amend a deceased family members taxes. He never properly filed and as a result have incurred interest and was lied to for 6months. When we asked him about the issue, he dropped us as clients. The IRS has recommended we report him for misconduct. Save yourself the headache and money and find another tax corp.

Awful Customer Service! Buyer Beware! Terrible communication, and the office manager has Paola has a real attitude problem. I would definitely recommend having a different company prepare your documents.

WORST TAX EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I met with Ronnie in April 2023 to file my taxes. On November 9th, 2023 her receptionist, Paula called me to inform me that my taxes were rejected on September 14th and if I didn’t contact the IRS that day I would be penalized for late submission. They requested an extension on my taxes because their caseload was too high and they couldn’t file my taxes in a timely manner. Paula was extremely rude and unprofessional in conversation regarding this matter and when I asked why I wasn’t informed on this when I called to check the status of my tax return 3x between August-October she claimed that she will not be playing the blame game. This company charges top dollar for less than mediocre services. I am tempted to report them to the better business bureau, save your money and find a different tax agency!

Kalos Tax Mgmt is just simply the best! My entire family has used them for 15+ years. We used to live in Hemet, CA but have since moved in 2006 to Silver Spring, MD but still use Jeff Tabor and his remarkable staff to prepare our Federal and State taxes. Being enrolled agents makes a difference you can rely on! We wouldn't go anywhere else!
