Went in for a fill today, had an appointment at 4:30, got there a little early and they sat me right away and got started. The guy at the first station (didn’t get his name) did a great job and I love my nails. I’d go back again next time I’m in that town! Very gem

VERY THIN COAT OF ACRYLIC MY NAILS ARE PAPER THIN!! I TOLD THE GENTLEMAN THAT DID MY NAILS THEY WERE TOO THIN, and that the ladies I usually have do them, MAKE THEM THICKER HE TOLD ME "NO, THEY ARE BETTER THIS WAY, THIS IS THE WAY I DO THEM". I ALSO PAID THE MOST I HAVE EVER PAID! DEFINITELY A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND WORK. MY NAILS ARE SO THIN THEY BEND!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A QUALITY SET OF NAILS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! FOR $51 THEY SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB!

worst acrylic nails ever! very very thin, nails bend, not strong at all. i told the man that did them they were too thin, and he told "no they are better this way"., and would not do them the way i wanted. he also charged me more than usual! stay away from this place if you want a good quality set of nails! i highly reccomend you go somewhere else! there are better nail salons, that do it how you want it done, and care about your satisfaction!

3 stars because their customer service is great but their work is terrible and over priced. I had a pedi and acrylic which they told me was 35 and 40 and my daughter age 6 a mani pedi which they said was "kid priced" I walked out of there paying $150 and a $20 (because they are super nice.) That's not even the bad part my full set was awful. Every single nail is a different shape and pointing in different directions. I asked for rounded almonds some were rounded and some were very sharp. They are also curved downward like a animal claw. When I asked to make them all the same she smiled and dragged the file across and said "better" I am not one to be rude or cause a scene so after about the 5th time asking I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I came home and immediately filed them the shape I asked for.

Worst pedi I have ever had! Nails weren't painted well and I paid for the top package and still have callouses. Didn't clean under the nails and the towels were way too hot. will NOT return.

John and Jenny have been doing my nails since 2009. John is so good at knowing what I want that I no longer have to tell him. I just tell him what colors he designs everything. I've been getting glow in the dark nails for over 2 years. It is glow in the dark powder so it lasts 8 hours at night and blows very bright. It still looks professional. I am an executive and I run two companies. John gives me the coolest nails that are great and professional for daytime but scream let's have some fun at night. Thank you so much John and Jenny for your great service and friendship. I highly recommend their salon. The ones I have right now sparkle with green but light up brightly on green at night.

WORSE PLACE EVER DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THERE KINDNESS OR SPA CHAIRS ! they did the worse pedicure of my LIFE I was so mad and upset walking out paying $55 for a sloppy lazy pedicure …. First off they never told me if I wanted gel on my toes just threw it on never gave me my 10 minute massage I paid extra for didn’t even give me the skin removal that I paid extra for it looks like a 2 year old did my toes …. She did not clean my toes out let alone pick out any in growns every single worker in there is lazy and sad looking all Tierd like they’re ready to leave home . My toes nails I had them put acrylic on are uneven … please don’t give this place your money at that if you do make sure you ask PRICES cause they will charge you a arm and leg for sloppy business I hate this place and I should of walked out paying nothing ! If I could give zero stars, I would not come here to get anything done ever again. I came here for a pedicure and it looks like a five-year-old did my toes. I actually hated the inside of here is also not comfortable. Just don't waste your money
