From the second she approached me, she went above and beyond for me and was extremely attentive to all my questions and concerns. “UPS delivered an air conditioner for home Depot & the stupid UPS driver just pushed it off the truck onto the ground & it even had signs on outside of box not to drop & to have 2 people handle it. Home Depot gave us back money for it, but it was UPS driver at fault, not Home Depot!!!!! I suggest using FedEx!!!!”
