UPS delivered an air conditioner for home Depot & the stupid UPS driver just pushed it off the truck onto the ground & it even had signs on outside of box not to drop & to have 2 people handle it. Home Depot gave us back money for it, but it was UPS driver at fault, not Home Depot!!!!! I suggest using FedEx!!!!

This store is one of the worst locations, from the appearance of the inside/ cleanliness. The over stock on certain items seems to take up more of the store than regular items. Line is constantly 9+ people.

Same as any home depot, you can buy everything to upgrade your home. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and can give you tips on your home repairs or upgrades.

Home Depot. I waited over TWENTY MINUTES (at least 5 associates saw me trying to gain access to the tools in the locked end-cap), and this to gain access to a tool that was in the recent past, simply displayed on the shelf. I could have added it to my cart and then continued shopping for my other items.. I got there at 8:35pm, needing glue, a few irrigation parts and an impact driver.
By the time I could get helped with the impact driver choice, I was being "escorted" to the payment terminal (9:03pm) And so now?, I have to waste a trip to get the other items, and waste time in Sweltering Hemet, CA 105f Heat. I really am upset. But hey, it's nearly guaranteed that this review will net me nothing but more wasted time. They just DO NOT Care about customers.

Had a very big problem with employees finding an item I have purchased several times from them now.Arguing& fighting with them about buying it there isn't my idea of good customer service.
