I don't smoke, but my husband does occasionally. So I was shopping for something unusual or fancy for Christmas. The gentleman in the shop was helpful and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing the difference between cigars. He pointed out something nice and I bought it. I would recommend this shop.

I walk in, ask the guy for my item, and he just sets it on counter. Didn't even give me the respect to put it in a brown bag. When I got home, my item was defective. I called the guy and told him that he sold me a broken item.

I believe new owners as of 6 months ago or so and 5he store has greatly improved friendly willing to bargain (within reason ) and with this shop loyalty goes along way!!!

I was dieing to smoke a cigar. Farris was very good and knowledgeable about his products. I liked his walk in humidor with some nice Cohiba's, JM Maduro, Romeo N Julie's etc. The cigars weren't dry. Farris even introduced me to vaping for my arthritis and painful joints. So not only do I smoke a good cigar, I vape now for my pain. Keep up the good job! I'll be coming here again.
