Horrible I am new to Hemet and was looking for a new salon and I get there horrible customer service from the owner Helen. She gets mad because my mom only wanted a lip wax and nothing more she told my mom you have an option to do it or leave my mom did it and the room was disgusting Helen told my mom she had to put paper on the bed herself and Helen was so rough and was talking bad because she only wanted a lip wax. I don’t recommend anyone to come here unless you want to pay high prices with horrible customer service and have a bad experience.

I've been going to Helen for over 7 years and recently started to realize the quality of work has took a nose dive . My original problem would always have been the fact that they would make appointments and I wouldn't get seen for an hour after my appointment time so I might as well I've walked in. But the last time I went, my nails looked in like jellybeans and I asked for a square square nails Helen said she had a family emergency, so I allowed for her to leave and she told me to come back the next day to get my nails fixed when I came back the next day, she fixed my nails, and then proceeded to ask me for payment again. Luckily I found Qua she’s 10x better and cheaper if I’m being honest . Check her out on IG @QUAMOREITY_NAILS , she won’t disappoint !!

CHECK YOUR BANK AND CREDIT CARD CHARGES!!! For years, this has been my go-to nail salon for pedicures but they recently added an unauthorized "tip" on my gift certificate purchase. When I said something the next time I was in they didn't even bat an eye. Didn't want to see my receipt, didn't ask the date...NOTHING...they just handed me $3, no questions asked. That tells me "yes we do it; we were caught; here's your $3". I know it's only $3, but I wonder how many of these they do in a day, week, month, year? It adds up! I'm bummed, but I'm finding a new nail salon for my pedicures.

HELAN NAILS are so bad.i went and her employees were HORRIBLE to my feet this one women who i think was helan she was filing at my nails it was so painful it started to bleed.i asked for gel and she never gave me gel but still charged me for it worse place to go never go here.

Helen is awesome. She always has great customer service. Wait can be kinda long, but she will stay open late to make sure everyone is taken care of. She can do cute designs but not everything you see online.

I don't write reviews like this but this was the worst experience I've had maybe anywhere. I almost fainted. I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off, they were 3 weeks grown out, and the nail tech, who I believe is the owner, completely ripped them all off despite me voicing that hurt too much. I had almost threw up and passed out from the pain, and this was not my first time getting acrylics removed either. I have a high pain tolerance, but I was dangerously close to fainting. It's never totally comfortable getting them taken off, but I've never had a nail tech just rip them off or keep going after I said something hurt. I even started bleeding on 3 different nails because she ripped my natural nails. My ring finger nail on the right side is completely coming off at the base. She left most of my nails completely obliterated and I've been in pain ever since. It has been a full week since I went at this point. I know it's never super fun getting acrylics removed but I've never had this experience anywhere. I wish I had even asked for a refund but I just wanted to leave.Service: Synthetic nail removal

Helen herself is a very nice, talkative and seems very honest about products, times and services. She's very knowledgeable and works fast and you end up happy. I believe that's what counts. My nails turned out awesome

Nobody speaks Spanish but they try to understand you personally. I met a man who gave me a pedicure. I was with my baby and they were very understanding and kind. I would go again.

I'll start by saying, Helen the owner is very nice, which makes me so unhappy to have to write this review. I usually only get pedicures here but this time around my usual nail tech didn't have any availability so I decided to come to Helen Nails and get both a regular pedicure and gel manicure. I have been growing out and taking care of my natural years since January of this year so my natural nails were very long and strong and even looked like acrylics. A much older lady took care of me, first did my pedicure which was average. She then proceeded to do my nails and drilled the living hell out of my nails to take off the old gel. I could feel the drill piercing through my polish and into my nail. Once she finally finished filing the everything off I could instantly feel my nails were half of what they used to be, super flimsy and bendy almost paper thin. I had to have her cut them shorter because i knew it I kept the same length they'd surely break. She then painted my nails with gel and left the horrendously lumpy and uneven and even left a particle of trash embedded into one of the nails. She noticed the particle, tried to file it off, and couldn't so she just added another clear coat. When held to light you can see the patchiness and lumpiness of the color on my nail. It's been one week and the gel is already lifting and my nails keep bending all over the place whenever I use my hands for anything. They will surely break soon and I'll have to grow them all over again, something i had been working on for 10+ months. The prices are not cheap at all either, it's not like I can even say "you get what you pay for" cause I surely did not pay that much to have my once glorious nails brutalized by an elderly lady who acted like that was the last thing she wanted to be doing. She ought to retire. And helen nails ought to take better care of their clients nails instead of drilling them to shreds. I wish I could get my money back. I will surely never be back for a gel manicure.

I love this place. I love my nails! Helen made sure they were perfect she was so friendly and she made me feel appreciated. My pedicure was painless and toes are pretty again! Best of all my nails are so beautiful I can't stop staring at them.

My mother and I stopped into Helen Nails to get pedicures with gel polish.They have massage chairs to help you relax during your pedicure.The staff was friendly and completed our pedicures in a timely manner.I had Julia and she was gentle,thorough and did a great job!My mother had Lam and she was pleased with her pedicure also.We were happy with our experience and we will visit again.

Hit & miss quality, and they don't give a darn if you're unhappy - even when THEY mess up. The first time I went,one of the men did a very nice job on a french tip pedicure. It lasted a whole month. Went back a second time, and I got Grandma. Her version of the french tip pedi was chunkier, a little sloppy, and even a little crooked. Plus, she didn't use the nicer polish & prep like the gentleman. My pedi didn't last 6 days before the white tips were flaking off - and I didn't even go anywhere! I went back today to show them what happened, but only the nen and Grandma were out front, and the other 2 ladies weren't available. The men were very dismissive and said they were too busy. Grandma, (whose feelings I didn't want to hurt, so I spoke with one of the men privately in the back room), just sat there staring at me when they started talking about it in front of the other customers. I'm pretty unhappy about it since I was charged EXTRA for French tips, and that's what's chipping off because she did a poor job. I paid $50 for this pedicure, and I expected better results than something I could have done myself at home. I took off an extra star because of the dismissive attitude! Bad form!
