Mr Ricardo de Acevedo who works at Gosch Toyota in the service department is a very incompetent person in his job. He did not have a cordial manner of treating me as a toyota customer. His bad attitude, his lack of being cordial and assisting me and manner of communicating with me by telephone was highly unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone after experiencing it first hand would rate it a 0 if I could He ruined the experience for me as customer

I had a wonderful experience at the Toyota Parts Department, where Johnathan provided friendly and helpful service. He went out of his way to assist me in finding the right Toyota parts I needed for my vehicle. His expertise and patience were truly appreciated. I left with the confidence that I had made the right choice in both Toyota and their exceptional staff like Johnathan.

Yesterday, I spent several hours at Gosch Toyota signing paperwork to finalize the purchase of a car. However, they were unable to provide me with the required IRS form because no one at the dealership knew what it was.The dealership promised to figure it out and call me back so we could complete the contract. However, I was disappointed to receive a call today informing me that the car I was interested in had been sold. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional. I had already wasted a significant amount of time at the dealership, and I was left without a car.I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from Gosch Toyota to reconsider.

I was at Gosch Toyota yesterday for a few hours and got as far as signing documents to finalize the purchase of a car. However, they were unable to provide me with an IRS form that I needed, as no one knew what it was. They said they would figure it out and call me back so we could finish signing the contract.I was disappointed to receive a call today saying that the car I was interested in had been sold. This was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I had already invested several hours into the purchase process, and I was left empty-handed.I would not recommend Gosch Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car.

Online said they had one ev charger available I was running out and could not find a working charging station in hemet.i asked a service person if I could use it so I could at at the least get enough to get to the next town so I could fill up, he said fine. There was a workers car in the charging place that was fully charged. So I asked if she could move so I could get a little charge. She threw a fit and went to the sales mgr who came out and told me chargers are only for employees even though it's out front. Anyway this 72 year vet old man went across the street to another dealer who let me plug in for awhile to get Menifee. Gosh Toyota would have left me stranded.

They do the job, but that's all, and after spending 50k at their dealership, you would think they would care enough about their customers to provide a complementary drop off and pick up for servicing your 50k vehicle. I miss the days when there was such a thing as customer service. Larry Miller toyota of Corona still provides this service to their customers that live within 10 miles. I live about 7 miles from hemet Toyota, and they just don't care about their customers enough to provide this service. I miss my old town and Larry Miller Corona Toyota.

Well when I bought my Toyota camry in 2020 it was of course brand new no miles. It's a Toyota carry SXE. I PUT 10,000 CASH DOWN ON IT THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. NO ONE CAME OUT TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT MY NEW CAR. I REALLY THINK UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS SOMEONE WOULD BE WILLING TO WALK AROUND MY CAR WITH ME. NO ONE DID. IT WAS LIKE HERE YOU GO BY. THEY GOT THIER 10,000 CASH. AND I PAID MY CAR OFF IN 1 YEAR. ONLY PERSON THAT TREATED ME WITH RESPECT Was NED. ART OR ARTURO WAS THE ONE THAT SHOULD HAVE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING ABOUT MY CAR. I HAD TO FIGURE OUT EVERYTHING ON THAT CAR MY SELF. READING ALL THE MANUALS. IT DROVE ME NUTS. THAT'S ALL I GOT TO SAY ABOUT THAT.

Cashier Johnathan was very kind and approachable. Open for questions, and over all made the experience smooth. Great job Gosch Toyota in Hemet Auto mall for adding him to your team. By far one of the best retail experiences in my life.☝️

My recent interaction with Gosch Toyota through a phone call, particularly with the manager, Sonny Rosete and Drie Jester, was a distressing experience that left me utterly dissatisfied. The entire episode was a glaring example of how a supposedly professional establishment can fail spectacularly at customer service and effective communication.Right from the beginning, the lack of professionalism displayed during the phone call was astounding. It was evident that the staff had no regard for providing even the most basic level of assistance. Instead of addressing my inquiries and concerns, they seemed disinterested and unengaged, giving me the impression that my call was an inconvenience rather than a valued interaction. However, the real low point came when I was connected to Manager Sonny. His attitude was condescending and dismissive, as if he considered my questions trivial and unworthy of his attention. Rather than attempting to resolve my concerns, he seemed more interested in ending the call quickly. This demeanor left me feeling belittled and frustrated, as I realized that seeking assistance from him was an exercise in futility. To my shock, during the course of the conversation, Sonny revealed his intention to add an additional $15,000 markup to the Toyota Tundra SR5 I was interested in purchasing. This blatant attempt to overcharge was beyond disappointing; it was a clear demonstration of the dealership's disregard for fair pricing and transparency. It was evident that they were more focused on maximizing profits at the expense of their customers' trust and satisfaction. The issues only compounded as the conversation progressed. Misinformation and miscommunication were rampant, leading to a series of unnecessary delays and confusion. It was abundantly clear that there was a significant lack of coordination and efficiency within the dealership's communication processes.Even after the call ended, the dissatisfaction lingered. The promises made during the conversation were not upheld, and it was apparent that the dealership was indifferent to the inconvenience this caused me. It was a stark reminder that their commitment to customer satisfaction was severely lacking.Reflecting on this experience, I deeply regret having chosen to engage with Gosch Toyota over the phone. The encounter was a stark reminder of how a simple phone call can illuminate the extent of a company's disregard for its customers. Sonny's demeanor, the shocking markup attempt, and the overall lackluster communication have left me with a sour taste in my mouth and an unwavering determination to avoid Gosch Toyota in the future. To sum up, my phone call with Gosch Toyota, especially the interaction with Manager Sonny, was a glaring example of how not to conduct customer interactions. Their lack of professionalism, dismissive attitude, and shocking pricing tactics have cemented my negative perception of the dealership. For anyone contemplating engaging with Gosch Toyota via phone, I strongly recommend reconsidering and exploring alternatives that value effective communication, fair pricing, and customer satisfaction.Do your Due diligence and read all of the bad reviews on YELP about this dealership! This isn't the first time and it definitely wont be the last time these Crooks will try and give you the shaft! Don't waste your time going to this dealer!

SCUM BAGS … It is unfortunate that I walked away with out a car. I was figuring out an insurance issue while I received emails that my credit was pulled multiple times I specifically said when I came into the dealership that I did not want my credit ran because I came in with a preapproval from my credit union .I was very adamant about that and was told that would not be an issue and that they only had to run the OFAC. However, while I was on a call outside, my credit was ran three times. And the answer was they thought they could give me a better rate and they’re sorry I did not give permission to do that. I am not OK with it. Therefore I walked away and did not buy a car. These men are so unprofessional Chad had the audacity to say that I agreed to have my credit pull which I didn’t. Then he proceeded to tell me I should read what I signed when Jake is the one who told me that this was just for a OFAC report THIS DEALERSHIP IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND MISLEADING, AND I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION!.

Came in for an oil change, next time I go to do my own and CANNOT get my oil filter off after 3 socket attachments and a wrench that broke because of how tightly it was put on. I was then charged $65 just to pop it off despite having my own oil to top it off and oil filter replacement. Selling a solution to a problem they created is absolutely ridiculous.Edit: Original review was 2 starts but after I reached out to the service manager Chris everything was handled very professionally and we were able to take care of what ended up just a misunderstanding on their end. I’m glad to say that it all got taken care of and with 0 hassle at all.
