I took my truck in for repairs. Initially everything went smoothly until I got my truck back and realized some parts from the truck bed cover that was replaced were missing. I contacted them multiple times to solve the issue. It's been a couple months now and I still don't have the parts. Make sure to check your vehicle thoroughly before you pay if you plan to come here.

From our first visit in after the accident Nick was so very helpful from the start of the service to the end…..he did our estimate we sent it to our insurance and he was on top of calling us back when the claim got turned into him. These employees do not get enough credit for what they have to put up with. One of the front office workers, Kim, took on some a customer before me who was very rude to her for no reason at all. When it was my time to get helped, she was nothing but sweet and helpful, she really handled the other person with grace and humility. If only people can just be decent humans to other humans especially in their place of employment. Thanks for making my experience great, Kim!
