I went in this weekend to check out the Toyota Supra Tim Moran Ford had. Long story short I ended up getting the car! What an amazing facility! Everyone was extremely friendly and I would like to give a huge thanks to a few people! First off I was greeted by Melanie who was super friendly and offered me a nice cold water while I waited for a sales rep. Octavio was very friendly and joined me on the test drive and he was very polite and excited for me being interested in the Supra. He was very honest about the quality of the Supra and made my buying experience exciting. He had John take over the sale while he was helping other customers and John was very friendly and out going and made me feel comfortable during the process of filling out my credit application. While John was waiting on numbers I decided to walk outside to observe the Supra some more and Octavio kept me company and was explaining to me about he really loves the Supra as well. After that I headed back in where Jim I believe his name was going over numbers with me and we ended up making out a deal! I then was greeted by the finance manager Rahuel who was very patient and enthusiastic! He was very clear when explaining the things I needed to sign to take the car home! We ended up converstating about different sports cars and it made the environment and overall experience very delightful! Tim Moran Ford was so lovely and I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts into helping me come home in my dream car! I will definitely consider Tim Moran ford again for my car buying needs and will spread the word to family and friends!
