My friend ordered me flowers on February 5th to be delivered on Valentine's Day when I didn't get them I drove across the street to their location and they said he ordered them this morning which his credit union shows last week so I said just refund him they called the driver and said bring the flowers back instead of giving me the flowers and refunding him She said they are not in business of giving free flowers Do Not I Repeat Do Not Do Business With Them they don't take accountability

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST COMPANY!!!! Love Put the name of the Florist Company and telephone number... I ordered today a bouquet of 12 pink roses with a bunny rabbit stuffed animal for my granddaughter 1st birthday !!! My Granddaughters Birthday was totally ruined!! My order was delivered on the wrong date, with the wrong flowers, with the wrong amount, everything was a mess! To make matters worse this florist company left the horrible wrong flowers outside door in the wind and did not ring the doorbell.!! So the flowers were knocked over a This Florist Company is unprofessional and horrible! I called and reported this awful experience to the manager, he apologized profusely and assured me he would re-send the correct flowers with bunny rabbit. I have not received the new Flowers!! This unprofessional Florist Company did not correct their mistake and re-send me new flowers!! Do not Order from this Horrible Unprofessional Company!! Angelica Larrotta

If you like someone breathing down your neck while selecting flowers (not being helpful at all) and having to wait 15 to 20 min to pay and take flowers that are already wrapped and ready to go, this is your place. Idk how they have the ratings they have. That place is a waste of time and money and your better off going to your super market for the flowers.
