Tina does an exceptional job with my nails. I never have chips or breaks. And she is a perfectionist. I always walk out loving the look she has given me! For customer service skills and expertise are second to none.
Requested style: She does an ombre look on my nails that is simply beautiful! And the nail art that she creates, is truly artistic!

This is by far the worst pedicure I have ever had. I was not satisfied. The polish fell off in less than a week. It was super expensive. The nail tech was sloppy.

Terrible. Way over priced. The nail tech was sloppy. The gel came off in a week. She caused me pain. It was not a pleasant experience. AND IT was super expensive. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Came as a walk-in and I was helped right away. The nail lady was Tracy and she was very nice and did a great job on my nails. The atmosphere was nice, not overcrowded. Will definitely go again for mani/pedi.

Very rough and sooo sooo soo sloppy. I got a gel manicure and the lady didn't even prep nails or get the dirt from my nails. She literally just painted and even did a horrible job with that. Not even 5 hours later my gel peeled off because it was not peeled properly and half of the polish was on my skin. Customer service is also non existent. LISTEN TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! I didn't and now I regret it. Waste of money.

I came to get a pedicure and I hated it . The guy who did my pedicure was super ruff it was not relaxing at all . He just kept sighting after everything he was doing to me . If you can take business some where else I suggest you do. It's also a 3 dollar fee for using your card .

i came in for a fill with the nails in the first pictures and told them i wanted the same shape. the guy started doing my nails and everything was fine until the gel polish application. he put so many layers and they're so lumpy and thick. the rhinestones aren't centered and the gel he used to put them on made the nails even more lumpy. the "diagonal" line of diamonds just looks like a crooked line. i'm so disappointed i've been here before and the work was never like this. i'm going to try to file them and see if i can save them but they're so ugly. i should've just kept my old nails on.

I came on Saturday and got a gel manicure and a gel pedi, I kid you not two hours later , my polish came off within two hours so I came back and the guy " fixed it ". The lady who looks like the owner came over and said their black nail polish doesn't work sometimes . I said okay and then my pedicure started to come off right after. I had work and so I couldn't come back and then the more of my nails started to peel off. I came back to the shop and told the guy my nails are coming off, like literally half of them are peeling off and he said he did nothing wrong. My GEL manicure and pedicure I paid for 4 days ago is literally off and he said he doesn't want to fix it because he did a good job. seriously ?! I would not recommend this place. Very unfortunate as it's beautiful inside and very close to my home but, I pay to get my nails done and come twice a month not three times in one week to get it fixed.

I have never had a dip where they top it off by painting it rather than dipping the color I chose. But gave them a second chance because it looked ok. This time they didn't remove the old powder and just covered and filled around the old stuff then finished by painting over it all. As a result, my nails look rough and lumpy. Seems very lazy and perhaps their way of cutting costs. Will not be returning. Also because of the old powder, one of my nails has already chipped.

Walked in and right away noticed the pee stained cushions on the chairs in the waiting area. Why didn't I leave right then?? Can you imagine that in your own home? NOTE: $3.00 CREDIT CARD CHARGE FEE...SHOULD BE NOTED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SIGN IN DESK (kinda sneaky) I didn't have an appointment and all the manicurists were working on clients so I suggested that I would go next door and eat and would there be someone available in hour. The man convincingly nodded his head. I came back and there was no availability but I hung in there. They should have let me know how long and put me in one of those massage chairs meanwhile? It was a rush rush sloppy job. My toe nails are so jagged and uneven that they catch on everything. They are not detailed minded and have low standards as far as completing an impressive job and your moneys worth. BUT, when they see the money$$ walking in they are very fixated on that They do not do everything that can do to have a returning customer. I don't think they know how. The place looks like a taken over "has been" Middle Eastern hair salon. Before I knew it my bill over a wasted $50. They did nothing to towel off all the oils from my legs and feet that my feet were so slippery in my shoes. Why, when I walk in to most (same type) nail salons, EVERYONE, who works there looks up and is very interested in you. They underperformed. I will not support them.
