Only ever 1 cashier working and although she's been there a while she is slow, causing lines to go down the aisle. 3 or 4 other staff members walking around but no one helped.

Customer service at the front checkout was great. We were greeted with a smile. The cashier being the same height as myself, popped her head around the counter space that was blocking our vision of one another to make sure that I was acknowledged. She was very personable and quick. On the floor however, there were two employees standing around gossiping and verbally degrading another employee that was not present. I think they were supposed to be stocking shelves. I found it ironic how poorly they spoke of another co-worker and their cashiering abilities, why the two were moving slow as turtles stocking shelves because they were too busy bad mouthing their peer. They did not once glance in our direction, or bother to acknowledge us. What is concerning to me is, if they can that foul and loudly about another worker while customers are present, how much worse are they when we are not. This is definitely a recipe for a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. Those two will also get much more done if they were separated and working on individual loads in different aisles. Not to mention, the comfort and ease of the customer's shopping experience not having to witness such a foul display of verbally aggressive lowly behavior! We do not frequent this location very often due it always being out of stock of many things on the shelf. Up until today however, we have always had great customer service.

This is a great little place for things like party decorations, helium balloons for just $1.25, holiday items and much more. They are open at 8am which is highly convenient to pick up the balloons early when party planning. The store is always clean, well staffed and organized. Never too busy and the staff are great.
