Crystal at this store wasn't very nice to her employe therefor she needs to talk to them when there is no customers in line be polite not mean if she doesn't like her job look for something else hand over those keys

The manager needs a lot of customer service training. She sets a very bad example to her team. Only one lane open on a Saturday afternoon. Most of staff are rude and talk very disrespectful to the customers behind thier backs. Owners need to do a complete change of management/staff members with better customer service. The moral at this store is very weak! They also overcharge for items not purchased. Sad to see this store is in a great location.

The manager at this place was very rude and selective. She kept closing her line and picking the one she wanted to help. She was gossiping about customers in front of everyone. I told her to be professional. I had one item to purchase and I had to let her know so she could charge me. She was standing at cash register without helping.

Went looking for religious books for my class and personal item. There were only 4 Bible story hard books. I used to get great religious sticker books at the Dollar Tree. Maybe I need to go to the San Jacinto store. I noticed many empty boxes on the shelves. Althought I did go there in the evening-maybe stocking is done later. The cashier greeted me as I entered. She was courteous when I cashed out. Told her I still liked that the spot lights were motion sensored and I felt safe leaving the store.

This dollar tree was so much nicer then the one on Florida. It looked ghetto looking, especially although of homeless hanging around the parking lot.

Well, I went in there to buy couple of packs of gum and the total was $2.50.
I gave the cashier, a young lady, $3.00.
And stood there waiting for my change of .50C.
She gave me a dollar and told me she had .50C, and I only needed $2.00 to get my gums.
You know, it's the little things in life that makes it so worth living.
The bottom part of my mouth dropped!!
Wait, WHAT???
Thank you SOOO VERY MUCH. You made my day I told her, and gave a true, from the heart smile, best smile I could muster.
Thank you dollar tree for hiring such unique people.
Don't ask, I'm DEFINITELY going back to that for future purchases.
Oh yeah, before I forget, it was a clean store. Parking lot is not as big as what you see at walmart, but enough.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024 to ALL, and to you, nice young Lady cashier at walmart. With a heart like yours, you're going to go far. Keep it up, and THANK YOU.

Cinvenient and popular place yet smaller than most. Only have 1 register open most of the time. Staff is not helpful or friendly.

Horrible service never gave balloons and the ones they do have out in the aile are without air. Ashley at register makes faces laughing at you while simply asking if they have a simple ballon. And laughs think a ballon weight will make up for the rudeness

This seems like a relatively new store! I love the fact that is is free standing and the only store in the lot with a huge inventory and even larger parking spot than usual.

Didn't like it at all!! There was a lot of people and only two cashiers, the second one called people one by one, it was a waste of time. I felt like I was in the DMV.
