The manger Daniel has exceptional customer service! No matter what I come in for, he always greets me and every customer in his store with a warm smile and sincere attitude. He seems to keeps his energy and professionalism even at the end of day after hours finishing whatever the day has brought him. He is a true asset to discount tire and more people should strive for A1 customer service like his!

Daniel was so cool super helpful caring and got the job done and workaholic he opened the store I see him move quick and took care of approx 12 or 15 customers worked good under pressure.I will definitely come back and if you like good great customer service ask for Daniel this was my first visit and he was great.Thank you

We got a flat and then realized we should replace all for tires, we priced all tire stores in the area and Discount tires had the best pricing and they could do it that day. We were treated very kindly and they did a great job!

Discount Tires is the best place in Hemet to take your car for service and tires. Reasonable prices, professional, courtesy and I will not go to a dealer since they wanted $5,000 to fix my cars air conditioner. Discount Tires found the issue and repaired it for a little over $400! It’s working great. Dealership worked on it twice before I got that outrageous quote. Already cost over &2000. Bye Bye dealership!!! Can’t say enough about Discount Tires except Thank you!!

I want to start my review out by recognizing Daniel. I have to say that I have not had the experience that I’ve had here anywhere else. Daniel is such a honest and genuine person. He went over and beyond with the new set of tires that I had gotten for my BMW. The customer service here at discount tires is absolutely amazing. I will be referring people that I know to come here and I also will only be coming here for tires from now on. Thank you again Daniel, and also the discount tire service team.
