Very unprofessional, Scott is not professional.Does not know what he's doing took my car to get service Overheating issue Got the car the next day they said everything was good i paid $330 ,i Drive the car to my house it Overheating They wanted me to pay again Saying it was other problems please don't take ur car here Scott is very unprofessional.Don't trust that man.He wanted me to bring radiator fluid After I paid for everything Because he said he used his own that doesn't make sense they will steal from you in your car too I was missing change

Theyre indiferent but if they were anything but what the option I was giving I love all body shops and this one is probably great but you have to something before you correct it no offence DVAB .you'll be the first when I need a body shop .keep slinging Bondo and throwing paint but watch out who's handling your mail.

I was pointed in the direction of Diamond Valley Repair a few years ago for a smog check. 3 times now I have showed up as a walk in and they have taken care of everything in a fast professional manner. Everyone there is polite and has answered all my questions. Front lot and shop is clean along with their techs. Their prices are fair and they provide above par repairs.I would recommend these guys.

The men in the shop were very rude , seemingly irritated , and not willing to answer my questions . It is shameful to know that people don't respect customers service . I will never take my business here 0/10 recommended .

They fix one thing and they break another. I paid close to $2000 dollars so that my car not be worde they gave it to me with the check engine on, and bad breaks, supposedly they give you a one-year guarantee, I have gone 3 times to tell them that mycar did not turn out well and they just talk and talk but they do not solve my problem, the truth is I am very dissatisfied. They steal money here i do not recommend.

Just want to give a 5-Star shout out for Diamond Valley Auto and Smog. Just after Christmas my Vehicle started acting up. As with most of us I could not afford a mechanic. So, I went to the auto parts place and got my vehicle put on one of those machines and with the 5 codes that popped up 4/5 had Tune up in common. So I YouTubed it and did my own Tune up (1st time ever working on my own vehicle). The vehicle acted better-Ish. The old problem was solved but the new problem was now my vehicle sounded like it had really big Pop Rocks underneath somewhere. A friend suggested me calling Diamond Valley Auto Repair and Smog (AKA DVARS) I called DVARS and discussed the issue. We agreed I would bring it in on my lunch hour. When I drove in my vehicle died right there before I could even get it in a parking spot. The owner came out and said "Thats not what I thought it was over the phone---Pop the hood" he told me that I crossed 2 wires when I did the tune up. I swear I just wanted to cry right there and then; I can NOT afford a big mechanic bill. He stood there looking over my engine, fixed the wires and even told me some things I can do to improve things and added fluid to my radiator so my heater would work more efficiently (It is really cold in the mornings and without a properly working heater my mornings were miserable) When all was said and done, I gave him a big hug and drove away very Thankfull. He could have taken my vehicle and charged me thousands of dollars, but he didn't he was HONEST! I actually found an HONEST mechanic. I know putting this out there will probably shoot me in the foot, because now everyone will go there and when I actually need an appointment they will be booked. But I truly believe that greatness needs to be rewarded, and these people are truly great.
