The experience can be great and enjoyable, with no line at times. There are coupons printed on receipts and sometimes marked down items for savings. Prescription prices can be lower than other pharmacies. However, there is no cash back at the pharmacy section, only at the regular register per transaction. A significant frustration is that the CVS payment system is not accepting a specific Medicare OTC benefit, with the problem attributed to CVS not updating their system.
