It's nice to walk in to a beautiful target. Pick up is dangerous with all that shopping at your fingertips. Joking a little. I don't like that they completely close the pharmacy at prime time for lunch. They pull the gate down and ghost town. At the least let people go to lunch at separate times like most other Pharmacy's do. Maybe in a retail store is why? I just switched to them because of the tragic loss of my pharmacy. My first pick up the lady that assisted me was super nice and outgoing. It was fast. Then I picked up on a Saturday and one young man in a white coat had a horrible attitude. He was pissy and intimidating. Two of the employees became available at the same time. I told them, behind me go ahead so they could have him. She said ohh nooo!!! You go. So my trigger was we were in line to the right. He snapped at us.. the line starts here and pointed to a new area which would let a couple other people that just walked up be in front of us already waiting. I said well we have been waiting here. He snapped at me to move to where he said. We all did. At the register I had questions being new. I didn't ask but one. He was so intentionally snippy and I don't want to have confrontation with him. This put me off. I will be moving my prescriptions to a large free standing cvs. I will not be treated poorly by any one.

For the second time I have had to wait over a month for my prescription. There is no process in place to let you know about delays

CVS must take the time and expense to train pharmacy personnel in proper customer service behavior. Those at the CVS pharmacy in Hemet, CA. (in the Target store on Florida Ave) are inclined to exhibit hostility to customers. They do not make eye contact, they do not greet, they do not express simple gratitude, such as saying \\\\\\\"Thank you\\\\\\\", and they never smile. They are humorless and make me feel that I am rudely interrupting their work.

Rude unhelpful staff. The day of my visit I had been prescribed antidepressants, so emotions were heightened, and because of it I accidentally showed up to the wrong CVS. The man at the front desk obviously didn't find my name in the system, so I asked him if there was some way I could get my prescription at that location and he laughed at me. I understand I was in the wrong but the last thing I needed on a rough day like that was for someone to laugh at me for asking for help.

Cvs pharmacy in Hemet target. I have been trying to pick up medicine since Monday . Monique keeps telling me I have a co pay which I don't I had my insurance call them Tuesday at 430pm they told him to call back on Wednesday. Just went in on Wednesday and they still have not fixed the problem. Ugh I have the lousiest service with this cvs pharmacy. They have such an I don't care, it's not my problem, I am not doing extra help personality. She wouldn't even talk to the insurance company to fix the mixup. They really are horrible customer service. Is this just my bad luck or does any one else have problems with them. 03-27-2023 Update: Walgreens has been trying to get my meds transferred and as of Thursday no luck. Google should allow negative points

I received my covid 19 booster vaccine last month and I received a flu shot today at the CVS in Target. I had an appointment for both of them. When I went to my appointments, I was seen right away and received my injections. Both injections were painless. I highly recommend his pharmacy for injections.

Tried to get information on prescription programs that might help my client get a generic antibiotic at low cost. Mind you, my cl is indigent and has mental health issues. I was asking the pharm tech about these low cost programs and she totally said “ why should I have that program!, do you think we give out free stuff here!?”. I am not joking, I was floored at her unprofessional behavior, rudeness and overall tone! I asked again, thinking maybe she has special needs and was having difficulty to understand, whatever, she yelled at me again! I asked why she was being so rude as I was just asking a question and she left me to talk to someone else! I don’t know who hired this incompetent rude woman, but this was a horrible experience for my client and I. What a difference at Walmart In Hemet. HUGE ??
