I posted a pic of this location from January 2020, Google street view is from Dec 2022, and I see reviews here from a year ago. However, this CVS closed sometime in the past year, as my pics are from Feb 2024. I never filled prescriptions here since it is not close to my house, but this location was conveniently located to Hemet hospital. Perhaps this was one of the many pharmacies to close amid the opioid crisis.

Came in from Arizona for Christmas with the family. Friday evening I realized I had left some of my needed medications at home. I called the store on Stetson and State and explained to the pharmacist my mistake and problem. He checked out my 3 prescriptions and said if I was there in 1/2 hour he would have them ready. So thankful to him for helping me out.

The staff that works here is very attentive and nice. Very thoughtful and appreciative of everyone that comes in. They are in a "lower-rent" style Target, and the hours are sometimes difficult, but we like them!

The pharmacist who vaccinated me at CVS 8521 is very attentive and friendly. Does anyone know if he is still working there? I went to that pharmacy in October 2021. Does anyone know his name?

Great service, wonderful pharmacist. I have recommended this little pharmacy to my friends. Off the beaten path, I almost hate sharing it! Only drawback is that the entire store is closed on weekends so be sure to plan ahead.

This CVS is the best in Hemet. The pharmacist Phillip always goes above and beyond for customers. Not the biggest but he sure makes it the friendliest.

As I was picking up a prescription, the pharmacist clocked out for lunch knowing that he had to override the sale with his badge number, even though I was waiting in line and he kept helping other people that came in after I did! The lady that was helping me was also very rude. Every time we have to pick up this prescription we have issues here. And unfortunately we have been instructed that we can only pick it up here at this location!

Phil is a great guy and the staff work very hard during this pandemic to take care of their customers in a timely manner.

The fact that a CVS corporate store does not recognize any sale items from the corporate office kind of scares me. Considering that this place is about what 300 ft from the main hospital and nothing but different types of medical services around this area. It was hard to understand where the register was I know it's a small place but that makes it really kind of hard to come into this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I never write reviews or dwell on awful customer service, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I just recently moved from SF back to Hemet because of the pandemic and I decided to get a prescription refill from this pharmacy. I figured that this would entail filling out a form and checking in with the doctor. Little did I know that I would be humiliated and judged by the entire staff for needing a birth control refill. Before even going to CVS I called ahead and filled out all the necessary forms. The next day I went to the clinic to pick up the prescription, but to my surprise I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for this bumbling fool of a doctor to check me out. He questioned why I was on birth control and gave me skeptical looks. After getting through his interrogation I gave him my ID to get the refill, and he took an absurd amount of time to tell me that the form I submitted had expired and that I would have to go through this entire process again. Annoyed and frustrated I left and said that I would return again tomorrow, at that time I still had hope. The next day I returned and that kook of a doctor was not there, the nurse at the counter then told me that no one would be able to help me because they were all unfamiliar with prescribing bc. I exclaimed to myself what a useless bunch of doctors. Maybe if they had female doctors working behind the counter I could actually get some help! In the end I left, pissed and humiliated. However, I was still in dire need of a refill so I went to Walgreens instead, I was ready for another battle. To my surprise the smart, and professional all female staff was able to refill my bc prescription in less than ten minutes. My apologies for the long rant, but I just wanted to say that CVS should be ashamed for how they treated me. A woman should have the right to her own body, the judgement was unnecessary and unprofessional.
