Excellent, I have been to about 3 other Cricket Wireless stores in the area around where I live wanting to purchase a new iPhone. Never felt comfortable at these places because of the sales people. When I walked in this store at Hemet and met the manager, Gonzalo, I knew this was the place I was going to buy my phone. What a nice gentleman and very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. Excellent customer service.

The manager Gonzalo at this cricket store is awesome. Cricket messed my auto pay. And he was willing to call 611 for me to waive the 5 dollar late fee. He really cares and is willing to go the extra mile..

The young workers at Cricket are very nice and helpful. But they cannot understand why I dont want to buy Another New Phone. Ive already bought 4 new "Cheap Phones" there. Next one I buy there will be a Step Up but No I Phone.
