One of the best Cricket Wireless stores I’ve been too hands down. I live in Temecula and always drive out to this location. The Manager and employees are ALWAYS very helpful. They are always so amazing with my kids & my parents. They are elderly and they always open the door for them since they are in a wheelchair. Definitely recommend to come to this Cricket store in Hemet. Always an amazing experience. Thank you Cricket.

Do not come here the lady who work there is never there and she's very rude she writes signs when she don't wanna work no more I've been here 4 times this week bc of those signs DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Since April, when the clerk messed up our lines by upgrading my husband's phone to my number, I have been dealing with & struggling to understand why the store did not fully correct the issue they created. I will only shop and deal with Cricket online & toll free customer support from now on.

Maybe I'm too picky when it comes to service, or they're not well trained to answer some questions,. Motorola products either are not what they say or customer service locks proper information about their products. Cricket is a bit behind in product savy.

Sam was an amazing help & was very patient with me and my phone issues. She helped me set up my late sis- in- laws phone and helped me trasnfer her things to a diffrent phone for me. She is so amazing with technology WOW was I surprised with all the things she knew about reseting my passwords! So pleased with the customer service she provided for me. Thank You Sam :)
