I live 1.5 miles from the Menifee location. They are not doing X-rays at the Menifee location. It is a difficult situation to drive the 18 miles to the next location.

I can't even get them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I have been trying for over a week. I have been on hold now for a half an hour. This is ridiculous. I hope their services aren't this bad.

Isaac is ruining your reputation ! I Called to get a copy of my MRI spoke with Isaac super unprofessional and unhelpful gave me wrong information. When I asked to talk to a supervisor he ended up putting me on hold and coming back on the phone and telling me he could do what I requested, but before that the answer was no lots of one word, answers and unprofessionalism. I don’t understand how he’s in customer service. also unlike Temecula Valley imaging that gives you a hardcopy for free. They charged $10 I mean come on I’m sure my procedure was over $1000 for an hour and now you’re going to charge me $10 to get a copy of my medical records.

I don’t know where to start, but this Hemet office does not have good customer service they are rude from the start to the end, they need training in customer care!

ZERO STARS.7 years ago I went here for an ultrasound. The technician asked my kids which they’d prefer, “a sister or brother” they both wanted a sister. The uneducated tech told us we were having a boy. My kids cried, while she laughed.Our DAUGHTER was born in 2017, unprepared for a girl.. we had to return and replace majority of everything gifted to us.Looks like this place has not changed or improved, horrible.

The Hemet and Menifee office are horrible!!!! I doubt their Murrieta office would be better They only do imaging and X-rays, yet their Menifee location has no x-ray technician. Is this listed on their website-No! They won't take appointments, even for Alzheimer's patients. After driving from Perris, to Menifee, to Hemet, I needed the bathroom. I asked the receptionist, who did have a person at the counter, but was typing "if the bathroom needed a key", instead of answering me she said I would have to wait. I said "I just need to know if the bathroom needs a key"- most of Helmets bathrooms are locked, due to the homeless. She then came out from her glass cubicle in a threatening manner, walking away from her client, to physically confront me. I'm 60, wearing my golf clothes, with an 87 year old, confused woman. Finally, another client waiting answered my question. And the receptionist told me I was rude and yelled at the lady with me to wait in line. I sat my client down, ran to the bathroom, and when I came out, my lady had made it to the other receptionist down the hall. Thank goodness. It's a badly managed place with bad customer service, that is supposed to be for sick and hurt people.

omg this place SUCKS been trying 6 months to get an appointment and they keep saying i need new dr orders so i go get new dr orders and the dr faxes them they don’t even bother to call to schedule an appointment ( they told me they have to call me to schedule after receiving a fax) i wait a week and call them and then they say oh i need new dr orders cuz mine are now 10 days old . REALLY ? so it’s redicules now i have to go back to get NEW orders and then go thru this process again and never get the appointment . i will be DEAD by the time i get the test and they don’t give a f!!! never ever had this many problems just to be seen for an appointment . so angry right now.

This review is for the Hemet location where biopsy's are done. Since this was my first time doing this I was a little nervous. As it turns out I had no reason to be, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctor were just as nice and very good at explaining what was going on. Complete instructions were given about the after care. I had no issues post procedure. The next week I had to return to pick up my imaging cd to take to my oncologist. Again, all the staff were so nice. Even though it's a bit of a drive to Hemet, the atmosphere and care is phenomenal.

I had a really good experience. I took my soon for some x-rays front desk were nice. They take you in to check insurance information and also very nice. It was pretty fast. The gentleman doing the X-rays was super patient with my son. Very appreciative with the great customer service!!

Third CID location I visited today for a possible fracture/ dislocated finger hand X-rayFirst location in Menifee does not do X-rays…Second location in Murrieta, reception says “shoot we just ran out of masks”, denies service because they have no masks for me to wear….Third location in Hemet, while waiting in line I hear the boy behind reception say to someone in back room, “do we have any masks?” Then after waiting in line they tell me I have to wear a mask and refuse service. I ask for a mask, they said they don’t have any. Then the boy says “it’s against their policy to give customers masks”.This is the FIRST business in 3 years with a mask policy who DOES NOT offer masks at entry. I do not recommend, there are other imaging businesses around who actually have masks for customers to wear upon entry, without having to get into a silly confrontation with a combative receptionist/staff who refuse to hand out masks. Every hospital, clinic, and other medical services with mask policies offer masks at entry but this place — even homes depot, target, Walmart offered masks but not this place 3 years after a pandemic. Clown world.Staff is disrespectful and combative, as if they prepare for encounters like this. Very poor customer service — PROVIDE MASKS!

My experience was with a mammogram the only thing I would say is that the lady who was doing the mammo was scolding me why I took years for not having it done she she if I had cancer I would be dead and I have to come every year to have this done she is not a doctor I speak about these things with my doctor I know the facts and it’s my choice her job is to do the mammogram and that’s it she made it sound like I was doing something wrong and I’m being scolded for it

Every medical clinic, hospital, lab, etc with a Mask Policy provides a mask at entry, except this place -- they deny service. All 3 of CID locations in our area give the "shoot we just ran out of masks" speech at entry followed by defensive resentment because you don't have one. If you question their policy pointing to their failure to offer masks, they add, "it's also against our policy to give out masks". Again, this is the FIRST place I've been to within 3 years with a strict mask policy that DOES NOT offer customers a mask at entry. They must get this often because their staff are rude and prepared to turn down service because CID does not offer masks at entry in accordance to their mask policy. Clown world, I do not recommend using this business, Basic conflict resolution, provide masks to those without one. You'd make the world a much better place. Zero apathy and rational sense from these clowns. I was just told Temecula Valley Advance Imaging provides mask at entry for those without, I'll be going there and forgetting about these rude receptionists at this irrational business.
