Ray is very knowledgeable in all rv systems. Took care of my five issues within 2 days. You're throwing your money away at local rv "service centers". You get what you pay for.

He came out spent 7 hours on my coach,charged over $1000 for basically diagnosis. When he left I realized he had disconnected and raken things apart and left them undone. I called himand he said he had to come back..who does that? It's been over a month now and he is ghosting my calls and emails. I may have to hire another company to come fix what he did. See you in small claims court buddy.

Ray came out to check my 2 yr old refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Said I needed a new cooling unit! A friend asked me to run it on propane, and it worked perfectly. So, Ray doesn't diagnose properly, he would rather just replace things. This almost cost me $3k. He doesn't call, email, or text you back. I gave him that chance before writing this review.

Chose Ray based on these reviews. Called him out cuz my 2yr old fridge was not cooling. He came out, and said my cooling unit has an interior clog, and needs to be replaced. That visit was $250. A cooling unit is about $2k. He wanted $900 to replace. A total of $3,150. A handyman didn't believe it and asked me to run it with the propane. It worked perfectly! It's a $100 electrical problem, not the cooling unit. He almost had me throw out a $5k refrigerator from his misdiagnosis. Tried calling, emailing, and texting him. He didn't reply. Couldn't even man up to his error, apologize, or offer to refund or come back out and take another look. A handyman, was more knowledgeable than Ray. Incredible!!! I would not bother calling him.

I wanted someone fix the generator in the morning. He could not come until 12PM I found someone to repair. CRG kindly excused my appointment forthe day. I will keep in mind in the future.

Ray was honest in his estimate and went above and beyond to fix my electrical problem. He order some parts but just two days later i needed to move out of state in 4 days!! Ray even rearranged his schedule to fix my AC. Highly recommend!!!Services: Electrical

We had an ONAN generator repaired 2,400 complete except an engine rebuild! at a Cummins facility/ONAN never was right, outlets were at 109 - 111 volts would not stay running, or run appliances correctly, Ray tuned, set the RPM correctly, changed the starter, replaced fuel line to a correct set up and now it starts in 7 seconds and RUNS produces correct voltage 120 volts could not be HAPPIER, he get's it RIGHT the 1st time! Thank You Ray.

I want to add a 2nd review on this company. If there is a problem with the work they don't return msg or phone calls. Ray is unreasonable,wants to argue,thinks ge can do know wrong.Do not do business with CRG you'll be sorry you did,just like I am.

Ray is fantastic. Organized, on time, friendly, work is done in confidence, as Ray has been doing this for 30 years, work is done well and professionally, keeps work area clean and neat, calls you back in a short time, and more. 5 stars for CRG.
