They don’t know how to activate boost compatible phones here. Had to instead call boost customer service, wait an hour on the phone and finally they were able to activate my new phone.

When we arrived at this store there was only one young lady working. There were 4 customers (including me) she helped everyone in a timely manner and never seemed frustrated. Her attitude was joyful and upbeat. Furthermore, she was really good at her job. This was an awesome experience.
