This is my preferred location and I tend to go out if my way just to use this branch. I prefer the location overall as it is more conveniently located to businesses I frequent, this location also has a drive thru ATM (as well as additional walk up ATM near the front entrance). Most of the staff tend to know me by name (well at the drive thru window lol) and that's always a pleasant feeling with any businesses. I've had a few hiccups occur while I was on leave for my pregnancy which was very stressful but they were pnc system issues and not really anything the banking staff could do about it and pmc definitely needs to make some software improvements in that department. But customer service is always excellent, seldom a line, and a clean well kept location.

Let me just start off with stating PNC Bank in east Hemet should stand for "Pompous Negligent Company".
Customer Service 1/2 Star, I can see why customers rate this bank only 3 stars. Also any future customer of color beware, this east PNC Bank is indeed RACIST with unprofessional demeanor's. Better yet this outfit should be renamed to BIF " Bank Industry Flunkies" of east Hemet.

Why is this the only bank that closes on Saturdays at one everybody closes at 2 the previous banks closed at 2 giving us time to get to bank after work on saturdays . Totally sucks when they chang banks and we the customer suffer no matter how long we have been with the bank ?

Great local bank. Friendly and very helpful staff. All financial needs are able to be handled here with or without appointments. Nice drive thru ATM too that dishes out $5 increments.

The worst customer service. Blanca, who is the bank manager has very poor ethics and customer service skills. Very disappointing to experience a bank not treating customers with RESPECT! Don't waste your time, unless you don't have respect for yourselves. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!

WORST BANK EVER. What kind of a bank refuses to make change. I walked in with $100 in $20 bills all I wanted was two $50’s and they refused. ??? no wonder nobody goes here.

I would not bank with this institution. They are unprofessional, lacking knowledge of their banking practices as a whole, and extremely ineffective at problem solving. This is honestly the worst experience that I have had with a bank.

Maria Estrada is very unprofessional and very rude to customers if you're doing working with the customer at the drive-thru window you should finish with that customer and their money transaction first before you ask someone in line is there something I can help you with what do you need I'm sure that is not in her guidelines how she supposed to do business so I will be contacting corporate to let them know the experience we had with this Bank the other reviews are spot-on very rude and unprofessional I will never set foot in this business again
