I've been using this location thru the years as it's changed (most recent formally BBVA now pnc). The only major downside to this location in my opinion is that there is no drive thru ATM, there used to be one but I'm not sure when or why it was removed. There is a walk up ATM near the front entrance but personally I won't use that late at night/when dark out as unfortunately I do feel it would be a bit unsafe. If you are a pnc customer and wish to access a ATM at night I recommend the east hemet branch location off of meridian and Florida they have a drive up ATM and the location itself is a bit safer (street facing, well lit, lots more people and busy businesses around)

I wish I didn't even have to leave a star because my whole experience with them was bull! Especially trying to communicate with a branch manager. He has his head so far up his but he can't even hear anyone trying to speak to him. Thank you for making me realize that I needed to make the change to go to a different bank. Just don't waste your time the company in itself is crap

This bank has ZERO customer assistance. They have allowed me to purchase up to $1200 in merchandise ONLINE many times. I try to process a $450 transaction at a store in person and they lock my card they locked my card, unlocked it, let me use it, then locked it the next day (for the same transaction they originally locked it for) and kept me on hold for over an hour. JUST to verify I am the actual person using my card. This is. 5-10 min call that I had to wait over an hour to get any assistance with. I will definitely be closing this account and banking else where.

I have numerous buisness lines of credit through BBVA. So when I needed a SBA loan, turned to the best, Marty and Jose have been a tremendous help and a great asset to already a great bank.

I find it hard to believe that this branch of BBVA Compass Bank does not have all 5 star reviews. I have seen nothing but good service from them over the past 7 years. Recently the manager, Matt Bird, assisted us personally with some issues that came up in connection with name changes on a family trust. He changed what could have become a nightmare into an orderly transaction. I really don't know what I would have done without his expert assistance. Everyone I have met at this branch has been friendly and helpful. I have also had nothing but good experiences at other branches of BBVA near my homes in Northern California and Arizona. Additionally, BBVA Compass Bank has the best online access I haver ever seen.

This bank is wonderful in so many ways but #1 is the customer service which is top notch. The employees are courteous friendly and so helpful, which is totally lacking in so many banking institutions these days.
It's never too crowded so you can get in and out fairly quickly and they even serve coffee in their waiting area which is a nice touch.
For a big bank i hope they continue to keep the small town feel and service

This bank is terrible! I am always hit with excess overdraft fees and then the customer service center is overseas and they don't want to refund any of the fees! I am so displeased..

This bank is horrible! Every time I go in there it's like watching paint dry. Usually only one teller (and they move like Snails). If there is a line they still stop and take the Drive thru people ahead of everyone waiting. Sum it up THEY SUCK!!!
