The employee Nyla was great, excellent customer service skills. There was a customer that was extremely difficult and rude and she was calm and friendly to the customer the entire time. I give her credit because she was super patient and this customer was extremely difficult. The manager working today as well was great even though they had a super difficult customer.

I loved BBW candles and brought them by the cases for years. After the Pandemic the scents has gotten so weak I had to exchange them, and the scent was still week. I reached out to Corporate Office and until this day still no responds. I will no longer purchase any candles from BBW. I have spoke will several other customers and they have the same problem.

If I can give zero stars I would. Im not saying all employees are rude here but it only takes one to ruin a store's reputation. Unfortunately an associate at this location was too busy commenting on my partners appearance and making her feel uncomfortable instead of focusing on selling a product. Please re-train your employees on the proper workplace etiquette

I love bath and bodyworks. I shop here often. I love the hand soap. The new candles for every season. Unfortunately it just seems like every other time I come here there's an issue. It's always silly things and reasons why I "can't use a coupon", "it's not working" " it's already been used" I understand there are store policy and rules for coupon usage. But it's seems when I get rung up by the older cashier there's an issue. It never fails. It's also frustrating when the older employees are so pushy about having you download the app. I refuse to download it because I'm able to use my coupons from my email and I don't wanna take up space on my phone. It's the same coupon you have taped on the register. The codes don't change. Last visit was a nightmare. I was inn the night before getting some relaxation body washes before closing. I paid full price no problem. The cashier suggested I take a screenshot of my email coupon and use it next time since I had no service. I came in the next day got a bunch of things. When I was being rung up the cashier was really rude and mean to me for absolutely no reason. Even my sister noticed her bad attitude. I explained to her that I had a coupon and that I was advised to take a screenshot of it. She flipped on me and lectured me about having to download the app and who advised me to screenshot it. At this point I was in complete shock I couldn't believe what was going on. I explained to her that I didn't her her name but she was here the night before. It was closings time so I didn't make a big about the coupon so I decided to come in today and purchase the rest of the thing I needed. She was furious and demanded to know who she was. She tried scanning my coupon various time. She kept messing with the picture and was having a hard time. She flagged a manager down. At this point I was just embarrassed. I really just wanted to tell it's fine. The lady turned around and told her manager what the other employee had told me. Also commented that "this coupon had already probably been used. I probably got it off the internet. I was lying about not having service" I really just wanted to pay and leave. I showed her my cellphone and how I wasn't able to even see my email. It took the manager no more than two seconds to scan the barcode. She told the lady the coupon was valid. The lady seemed furious. I got my things and left.
