Sasha was the person who took care of me and I really enjoyed the conversation that we had and as we were talking she was working, but also engaged in the conversation completely, I'm at my office a lot and because of COVID not around a lot of people, so I get excited when I'm able to talk to somebody smart, I want to say I was in and out but I just wouldn't be quiet, but like I said the whole time she did her job very well, I'm almost positive she was the president of the bank' cause she was very professional. “Nancy at this location is absolutely amazing. I came in looking for help with getting a cashiers check. Nancy was very professional and courteous. I really like this branch. The security guard is always very kind out front as well. They've done some remodeling which makes this place seem "less personable" but I get it. My only complaint is that no employee here knows the answer to one specific question. "Who is the trustee on title of the bank"? Why don't they know?”
