Sorry, but Bank of America at this location don't even deserve a 1-star. 2 years ago we somehow ended up with Rolando trying to get us to open a business account and credit cards instead of helping us with what we went there for. After patiently listening to him for almost an hour, we reminded him that we still need help. It turned out that he couldn't help us or refused to help us out for the reason that we went there for. We left and went to another Bank of America location and was able to get our things done. We haven't come back to this location for almost 2 years. We went back there on Saturday June 10, 2023 for financial services because it's the closest location that opens on a Saturday and also the only day that all parties involved have the same day off. As luck would have it, we ended up with Rolando. His behavior and attitude has not changed in the last two years. We left and was able to get help from another Bank of America associate at another location today with no problem whatsoever. So, what is Rolando's fucking problem? Because of these two incidents, I can promise Bank of America that I will never return to your branch on 1687 E Florida Ave for any financial need. For the past 20 years of banking with Bank of America, it's very rare to find a location that has people going out of their way to help you in any way possible to make sure your financial need/service is met. I found 1 in National City, CA. And now I found another location that made me feel like the staff/associates went above and beyond for us. So, screw Rolando and this location that I'm writing a review on. Also, Bank of America doesn't need to reply to this review because if Rolando wanted to change his attitude and seek ways to help out his customers better, he wouldn't wait until now to do it. And also, anyone else from Bank of America trying to recover services or trying to understand this better, it's useless if it's not the people from this location doing anything about it. I already found the location that I want to continue with my banking needs, so I am willing to leave this trash in the past.

The lady that helps me was very nice and was out in no time.. being that I had a edd prepaid Visa card I just wanted the remaining balance on it which you cannot get through the ATM drive-thru ( the exact change) nor can the teller tell you your balance so you should know your balance before you go in.

Blown away!! First in line this am - not my bank, but wanted to CASH the check I had on hand from a B of A acct - I assumed this was still a common practice....but you know what they say about assuming.Upon presenting check - I was asked #1: Do you have a B of A acct? NO#2: Do you have a bank account somewhere else? ahhhh. YES-#3: Well why did'nt you go there to cash this check? I shock I stammered a lame excuse instead of the fact that I like to cash checks I get especially if out of town & no hold from my bank.Paid $7 & got check cashed but not before I was made to feel as if I was "up" to something nefarious.WTH - is this teller the Check Cashing Police?!? When did it become their business as to how I handle my personal finances? And even question me! Bank of America on Hemet's East side needs train/remind their tellers that querying customers in this manner, and then being condescending is typically considered bad customer service.Pretty glad I am not a B of A customer anymore, especially after this unpleasant & invasive experience. Knowing how they treat folks is disturbing.

Very easy to use ATM. Adequate parking and lane for drive-through. Staff is very accommodating and professional. My local bank choice since 1984... When another bank would not allow me to open an account with a cashiers check, B of A did. I am happy here. I have accounts in 3 other great financial institutions, but this is best for all but special requirements.

I have an account, it has not been with them for a year but almost a year, I tried to deposit a bond and was completely denied to deposit or cash it. I was to to go through the treasury and after reaching out to the treasury I was told since the bank refused to cash it and stamped it, I would need a bank letter head from them explaining what occurred and how the stamp was improperly placed. Went back to the same bank to be told by the manager that she could not issue me a letter and I would have to wait for a letter request for the bank to issue such letter regarding the stamp. This has been 1 of the worst experiences I have had in my life. This is all happening as I am with small children.

Bank of America in general is terrible. My mother passed away and after multiple bank visits including at this branch and in Perris. I have gotten no concrete answers on closing her account. They tell me to fill out paperwork I do it and still nothing gets processed. I have called the department that handles this multiple times and every time have to explain I'm the beneficiary. Why don't they put a memo on my profile stating that, so I don't have too. I don't bank with them but they are making a difficult situation even worse. Months later and the case is under review after giving me wrong information on the paperwork. Everyone who works here is incompetent. I will never bank with them and I doubt they care but they should treat people who are grieving a lot better than this.

For walk in expect to be here an 1hr 40 to 2 hrs. Short helpless staff. Only 1 head manager that is overworked when helping guests.

Every month I come here to withdraw my money and everytime they have 40 people in line doing the same with one or two bankers at the windows. I spent 2 hours in line because they only had one person. I hate going here.

Needs more effort from employees no one wants to spend 30mins in a bank especially being only one person in line to be helped by a teller.
