Avoid this bank at all costs. They encouraged my 90-year-old mother to send me a large amount of money through a cashiers check by UPS and the check was lost. They did not recommend a wire transfer. Three months later my mother goes in to send me another amount and this time they recommended a wire transfer, but when I gave them the information, they did not process my account number so it did not go through. We waited three days and the money did not transfer. My mother called the bank and they told them the issue. They did not even bother to call my mother ahead of time to let her know it did not go through so she could resubmit it. They do not have it your best interest at hand

Attempted online to get a credit card and the credit card was never delivered call to try to contact somebody with customer service and was placed on hold for several hours multiple times over a period of three months they can't even handle a simple thing like giving out a credit card or answering the phone and providing a customer service

Screw BOA and the rest of the criminal bankers. I took possession of a RV that I sold in the amount of $42,000. The cashiers check was drawn from an account from B of A, no big deal I'll get my money. WRONG!I go to the bank and they tell me they don't have the money I said well how long is gonna take you to get the money they said not till next Monday and that's six days away and I was supposed to leave on a flight that day so they said will just deposit it make an account And you'll have your money the next day. So I had to open a new account just so I can get the money faster than what they are offering. The gentleman who signed me up said yeah, your money will be in in your account tomorrow they had to have a temporary hold on their own check of funds that were pulled out of their bank. What a joke people think banks are there for them know they will screw you so hard.

This is a pathetic branch. It didn't exactly feel safe either. Tried twice via making online appointments, to have a document notarized, neither were helpful and refused for various, in my opinions, unsubstantiated reasons. Also both were informed of request to open a 2nd account, neither assisted, basically said come back another time, not offering package to prefill and bring back, or another appointment time. Neither went a step out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer after 10 years, and living previously in Sun City/Menifee.

This is not just about the bank, as I've banked with Bank of America for many years and they've always been a great bank for me, this is about my small business consultant, when I opened a business checking account today and the person who helped me was Roberta Gonzales, let me tell you right from the beginning this guy was a professional he answered all my questions and then he went over everything before we finalized the transaction, he definitely did his job, above and beyond, in fact for a while there I thought he was the manager of the bank, he was so professional, anyway my hats are off to him, thank you Roberto for making it so easy

From my father he posted this on his Facebook!!! Yesterday was very interesting I went to the Bank of America in Hemet Ca and was treated very disrespectful or may I say prejudice first of all there was no White-Chinese - African American -or for that matter no other ethnicity but Hispanics I was treated like I was not in the land of the free America they were very nasty and rude I had a check that was sign by my wife and I brought it in to cash it both of are names was on it mind you we have a account with the bank for over 25 years!we have been there before with other checks the same way! I had my bank card my California Drivers Licenses and keep in mind our signature is on file as well they preceded to send me through all kinds of you know what mess? I told the teller please go get the Manager and she was even more rude and condescending now I'm getting upset and really felling that this is not going the way it should so yes I got a little loud and said are you singleing me out because of my ethnicity and than another person who said he was the assistant Manager his name was Mr Ramirez and he said we are trying to protect you and that really made me even more upset! So I said to him why aren't you guys being proactive by #1 Calling my wife #2 Checking our file for her signature #3 Trying to help resolve the issue -but to say the least they really said more rude and condescending things to me such as leave the Check and go home and send you wife back and I said now I know I'm being discriminated! So I said if I do all this just to cash my check somebody will getting there head chopped off for treating Bank of America customers wrong so at that point I said ok no worries I will go home and send my wife back and the Bank close at 4pm they gave me a 25 min runaround so at that point Mr Ramirez said to me the bank will be closing so we can't help you and I got even more upset and said now after all you and the rest of your gang have done to upset me you are now adding injury to insult by telling me you won't allow my wife back into the bank to cash our check you are indeed going to here from me again because you and all of your entire Bank is nothing but a bunch of low down Mexican who think you are special and have privilege! now I don't have a prejudice bone in my body I have all kinds of friends from every kind of ethnicity but this was the worst experience I have ever had I would expect that from a white or even a Chinese but Mexican wow please know yes I left and I probably won't ever come back to that Bank of America 1687 E. Florida Hemet CA please be aware of the management and tellers at this particular bank they are all Hispanic and prejudice I'm just saying!!

Two tellers on a Saturday?! Who is managing this branch. Not only that you have employees circling around instead of helping customers out? Been in line 30 minutes and still haven't been helped. New management is needed.

The politics of BofA are why I give it 1 or less stars. The organization supports the dakota access pipeline and dirty energy. The staff was ok, we had an appointment a week in advance and waiting in the lobby another 15 minutes anyhow. Once taken in to access staff at the desk things went well closing out accounts. Nothing against the staff on this post just the organization is garbage; move your money to a credit union or another bank that has a moral center and runs their business according to that morality. Speaking as a business owner, it's something that matters significantly.

Worst bank of america ever seriously so done with this location.Every single time ive gone in i have always had to wait at least 25 to 30 min theres always 2 tellers and thats it there can be alot of customers waiting and non of the other employees bother to help. what is the problem with this bank.I Closed my account best thing i ever did dont have to deal with this bs no longer dont waste your time go somewere else or bank with another bank

The worst bank I've ever been to, every time I come in there are 2 tellers no matter what day its is! IT SUCKS!!!
