I have banked at Bank of America for a long time, and I have a few business accounts there. so I needed to open a business account today without an appointment, lucky for me they were able to help me. Sasha was the person who took care of me and I really enjoyed the conversation that we had and as we were talking she was working, but also engaged in the conversation completely, I'm at my office a lot and because of COVID not around a lot of people, so I get excited when I'm able to talk to somebody smart, I want to say I was in and out but I just wouldn't be quiet, but like I said the whole time she did her job very well, I'm almost positive she was the president of the bank' cause she was very professional. I understand waiting nowadays, it seems I wait everywhere I go whether it's a restaurant, a grocery store, a hardware store, it's all the same but if you don't want to be out and about do it on line. again, I enjoyed her professionalism and that's why I bank at this bank

Literally waited in line for 30 mins before getting to counter! Fcking ridiculous......then just to hve thm say tht I need an acct to cash a damn check. Guess wat, another 40 min wait. Total b******** No idea y they can't cash it, the check is from this bank. Lame asf! Not my favorite bank by any means. So now I'm forced to open an acct I don't even want, to just b able to cash the check. Fck banks, especially this one.

Guy at the front door is so nice. I wanted to deposit cash into my account but my debit card only reads Chinese at the B of A ATM. (Stupid). The teller told me well just go to the main menu and you can change it to English. I don't know about you but I can't read Main Menu in Chinese. I am just about done with the Bank of America and rude employees.

Let's piss people off and have two tellers working at lunch. Typical banks, and if you work here, fugg it, take your time who cares about you going back to work..This is the worst bank service I can ever imagine.. All these banks suck.. I'd rather keep my money in a mattress like grandma did..

This bank has thee WORST bank tellers in the world! I have been a BofA card holder for 5 years! I've been to many BofA banks across the world NEVER have I experienced such Horrible, Unprofessional, LAZYNESS excuse for customer service, as I did in this bank they must hire anyone that is able to sit in a chair. I work in Bakersfield which is 3 hours away, i traveled all the way to hemet because my husband lives out here to open a secured credit card with him. As I walked in there where 5 employees sitting in each of there desk with NO CUSTOMER in front of them NO ONE was in the bank except me and my husband. The employees where just talking and laughing with each other as the Receptionist said "let me see if I can get someone to help you guys" walked up to each of the 5 employees sitting on there a** not doing s*** but talking to each other and they all said, "they where all waiting for a customer within 20min. Because they had a appointment" BUT NO ONE WAS IN THE BANK! None of them wanted to take 1 min to help us out. There where 5!! Reps Not serviceing anyone Horrible! DON'T GO INTO THIS BANK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S**** The Receptionist that comes up to us, was also clueless about everything we where asking.

The politics of BofA are why I give it 1 or less stars. The organization supports the dakota access pipeline and dirty energy. The staff was ok, we had an appointment a week in advance and waiting in the lobby another 15 minutes anyhow. Once taken in to access staff at the desk things went well closing out accounts. Nothing against the staff on this post just the organization is garbage; move your money to a credit union or another bank that has a moral center and runs their business according to that morality. Speaking as a business owner, it's something that matters significantly.

Security at the door was very welcoming! This branch is huge and very cool inside. Agustin Diaz assisted me within 5 minutes. I was in and efficiently taken care of. I have been here several times now. Everyone is always very friendly. Service always seems fast so far. I love the new ATM's in the front. I also love the convenience that BofA is still utilizing the drive through window. Thank you for making our transition to this new community delightful! Thanks for the great customer service.

Worst bank ever. If you're looking for a bank do not bank here! They always only have 2 tellers, when they have so many other people working & all they do is sit & talk. It's ridiculous how long you have to wait to just take out a large deposit. Not only that the customer service here is horrible. They don't welcome you, they don't try & have a nice conversation. My parents bank here but after today not anymore. Horrible place. Horrible service. Just horrible.

I just want to say the way they run this bank is complete and utter b******** Hemet/San jacinto are cities known for the elderly and to have a bank with only 2 tellers that Continuously attempt to get you to use online services. These people and myself included come to the bank to handle our finances personally. Every day they only have 2 Tellers. It does not matter to them how long the line is and I believe this to be intentional. Serve your fuckin community and make some changes immediately

The atm service is available by three ATMs in the front of the store and if there is ever a line it seems to move quickly as it does happen to have multiple ATMs
