I've been relying on Charlene for my taxes for the past 5 years, and she has truly been a lifesaver! Her expertise and dedication to her clients are unmatched. Charlene is incredibly transparent throughout the entire process, ensuring that I understand every detail—no matter how many questions I have. Our experience has been exactly the same as many others who have taken the time to post a review -- TERRIBLE! We have been getting the run-around now for months -- and its not even tax season yet! We call and leave messages and never get a return call. They make commitments to meet a deadline -- and fail. I would not recommend that anyone waste their time here...the frustration is simply not worth it! And we have been more than patient....and you would think they would appreciate it -- but they don't care.

No concept of customer service. Condescending and rude people. First time I called to setup as a new client but there was some miscommunication regarding my email address (never received their email). Called a second time and all I get is the receptionist telling me to send them my previous year tax return. Since we’re a new S-corp business (established 2022) with multiple owners, I had some questions. All I get is a no, no, no. Can’t speak to anyone, just send the tax return. I’m run a small business and the least I could with a new customer is answer some questions before asking them to divulge their personal financials.This is not a business with professionals. Glad I went elsewhere.

Arthur and Associates was recomended to me by a friend and I am so happy she did. Had my taxes done there by Shawnalyn who is very professional, friendly and made my taxes so easy. I would highly reccomend them to all of my friends and family and anyone who needs their taxes done.

I went here because they were highly recommended by family. But from the start it was kinda hard to get ahold of the lady Renee that prepared my taxes. I was just missing two things and she had asked me to email them to her as soon as I got them and she would finalize the paper work for me. So I emailed them to her the next day and I didn’t hear from her for almost 2 weeks and she finally had me go in and sign and submit them electronically. Well she has also offered to amend a previous tax return for free and any other amendment would cost $170. So I gave her the tax returns I had done myself and she only found one was wrong and she took it to fix it for me. That was at the end of March of 2022, we’re now in September 9 2022 and she still hasn’t filled them. I’ve called numerous times and left messages and no call back. I’ve gone in person at least 3 times and left messages with the ladies there and no one called me back. Now I call and no one answers but the answering machine says they’re open on the days and time I call. They should at least have the courtesy to tell me that they’re not going to do them for free or at all for me so I can take my business elsewhere.

Had to us this place back in 2018 and still haven't recieved my return. Staff (Jasmine)is super rude and never helpful. The owner herself Charlene is conveniently never there or able to get ahold of. Thankfully I won't need to use her ever again cuz the whole experience was and still is absolutely horrendous. If no stars were available that is what this business would recieve. DO NOT recommend this place for anything you might need tax related!!!

1st & last time going here, $400 for 2 years of super easy form & still haven't received our state refund. I called many times, left messages & only 1 call back, not from our agent. I don't even want to give 1 Star but can't post w/o it
