Cashier gives you the wrong items, and then won't exchange them. Good way to make you spend more money by having you buy again, what you asked for in the first place. Horrible customer service!! Dumb little girl behind the counter needs to learn how to listen! May your way down the street, there are much better, faster and cleaner places to stop. They lost alot of business! Will tell everyone I know and post to neighborhoods not to go there.

I witnessed a man gather recycling from the trash cans outside & afterwards, he came in & asked for the restroom key and the AmPm employee working refused to give it to that gentleman. I overheard the employee deny him the key because he thought that man was homeless.

DECENT PITSTOP off Highway 74… I like this ampm as it’s pretty clean inside and they have a lot of snacks. However, recently the station had zero iced coffee and frappe options. Additionally, they tricked customers including myself into thinking they had vitamin water at the drink fountain. When I left I took a sip of my drink I found that they put Hi-C in the Vitamin water dispenser. Not COOL! The service was fine, one of the girls was respectful but the rest of the staff was grumpy.

They really need to update the card reader system they have going on the reader always has trouble reading my card and they don't have the option of manually inputting it.

Victim of credit card skimmer on 12/8 around 3 pm. Used inside counter for purchase and find it hard to believe this wasn't an inside job. Also, called 800 # for customer service and just got voicemail no help.This is in response to the "owner's" response.l called the number in their response got a voicemail and no call back.I find when companies respond like this they only do it for public consumption appear proactive

AMPM On HWY 74If you want to be insulted right when you walk in, then this is the place for you! the Cashier named Chris that worked here last night seemed Like he was under the influence of some type of hard Drug, guy was angry and looked crazy, when I got to the store he was sitting in his car looking left and right and seemed distressed , there was no sign up that the store was on break or shift change or anything. I then walk in the store and I already felt unsafe by the way the he was twitching, poor guy was probably seeing demons, the guy then proceeded to insult me and flipped me off, I immediately starting to walking out the store fearing for my life. This Employee Chris really needs some help.
