I wish there were a 0 star option because this place has the most unnecessarily rude ladies working their area the one working today with blonde hair asking my brother to purchase something from the store before getting the key to use the restroom, then being asked for an ID ignoring the fact they were told multiple times he's a minor from my MOM. These are the same women people are complaining about which are unprofessional. Clown red eyeshadow and Blonde hair NEED to be fired.

If I could give 0 stars like everyone else i would also. Have had the worst experience at this ampm recently also. The young girls behind the counter are beyond rude and confrontational. My husband and my sin go to ampm on a regular basis to fill our 100 oz cups and 64 oz cups that we purchased from ampm. On the soda machine at this ampm it is clearly marked that 100 oz cups refill cost $1.79. At a previous visit my son went in and the cashier charged him $4.99 for our 100 oz cup and both our 64 oz cups when he tried to tell her that was an incorrect price because we do it all the time she argued with him and wouldn't correct it. Him being young he paid it and came home. I had to call the manager to get a refund and she apologized for the misunderstanding, I thought all was OK, oh was I wrong. Yesterday on the 4th of July my husband and i went in to fill our cups and again for the 100 oz cups they tried charging $4.99 for the refill even though it is clearly marked on the soda machine that refill for that size is $1.79 when I said it to the cashier she got confrontational with me and said where where where where does it say that show me show me and had me walk her over to the soda machine that all ampm's have that have the price clearly displayed for the price of the refill. After I showed her that is had the price of $1.79 she still argued with me that her manager said well we have to charge $4.99 because that what the button pulls up on the register. I informed her that was incorrect because I had just had this same issue and the manager told me that the $4.99 price was wrong and she refunded me the difference at that time the 2 other cashiers also got involved in the conversation and started arguing with us as well telling us we were wrong and that the manager told them not to honor the posted price so we said fine and dumped our drinks out down the drain and left. We went to another ampm and asked before filling up our cups the price for a refill and it was the same price as what their machine showed. At that location it was $1.99 for 100 oz but it's worth paying the few extra cents to not be treated disrespectfully and to go to a store that honestly is a lot cleaner and actually had drinks in the soda machine in stock. The location on stetson and Gilbert is always dirty and the fountain drinks are always out of almost everything. I tried calling today to talk to the manager about what happened yesterday bit it just kept ringing. I'm done going there the location on Acacia has now earned our business even the cashier there said he was happy to have us and apologized for the other location being so shady. Yes we pay a small amount for refills but when in the store we do have a tendency to spend a good amount of money on other things and gas so they are losing out and with those employees disrespectfully attitude they probably shouldn't be working in customer service. To honestly have 3 employees gang up on a customer at the same time and argue with them so you can charge them more than your posted price??? Really?? What kind of business operates like that.

I wanted to leave 0 stars!! My husband comes in here regularly due to working in the area. Came in to use the bathroom and the lady was SUPER RUDE. He came in wearing his work shirt, asked for bathroom key, chick gave it to someone else first, made him wait, lady returned the key and chick still made my husband wait. Then rudely asked if he was going to be in the bathroom long and said "you're not going to take a shower right?" The whole time my husband saying he's gotta go back to work and she continued to embarrass him and speak to him like he was less than human. Absolutely needs to be fired. SHAME ON YOU

Terribly saddening with how these employees believe that shaming and ridiculing an elderly woman and her disabled adult/son. The Christmas gift card that a family member gave us didn't process. The cashier was rude and chose to gossip with the customers behind me as to why the items were left behind. Absolutely insulting and demoralizing behavior. Unbelievable. This happened today, Tuesday, January 16th, at approximately 11:45 pm. (roughly). So, as you can imagine, my son has been affected by this unfortunate situation. My hope is that this location participates in ethical and biased training. Whether the cashiers behavior was intentional or unconscious thinking acted upon; that was inappropriate, period.

They won't sell cigarettes unless they can scan your ID ! I showed my ID but they want your information in there computer so they can sell information for junk mail. Refused to sell me cigarettes unless they can scan license.The only store I have ever had to demand to scan my ID! I am over 50. Calling you does no good ask me to send email. This location just wants to sell your information for junk mail

I also wanted to leave 0 stars! I went in tonight to put gas and the cashier got rude with me because I paid my purchase with quarters...$12 I also bought a slurpee and a sprite that was water! Last I checked coins are $ I will never be back in that store again! Wow after all these bad reviews they're answer is...call us! Hire nicer people who don't have such nasty attitudes!

Worst am pm in Hemet. Don't come before work the line is always long and they don't care how long the line is. Plenty of employees but they gather behind the register and only one person who works the register no matter how long the line is the other 3 employees walk around and talk behind the counter or pretend like they are busy with walking around the store . .Also the only am pm I have ever been to that won't sell cigarettes unless they can scan your ID . I am gray and 58 I show my ID but they want your information in there computer so they refuse to sell cigarettes unless they can scan your ID . I won't go again . it's always a problem. Do yourself a favor and go to another store! Unless you have time to play games with the crew. Today I was told everyone that worked there was fired for not scanning ID for cigarettes. They refused to sell me 2 packs of cigarettes unless they can scan my I D I showed ID but I refuse scan. I refuse to have my information retained by them you don't have to scan ID to vote!!! The only store I have ever been to wants to scan your information in there computer to buy cigarettes !!

I wanted to do zero stars. I get to the gas station with only 7 miles left in my car. I start pumping gas and it’s charging my card. but the handle keeps clicking and no gas is coming out. The silver tube falls off into the hole that the gas goes in. I talk to someone in the front she said “nothing we can do” I talk yo another lady that goes and looks at it and says “how do you know you didn’t get gas” because I still only have 7 miles…. They said “nothing we can do, we can’t refund.

A lot of new faces working all very hard workers. But the girl with red hair not sure her name she is by far the most beautiful polite woman I’ve seen in a long time the way she handles her Costomers with respect is just so amazing. She had 5 people checked out before the other employees barley had checked out one person !!!! She needs a raise or promotion highly skilled in communication with the public !!!

Dirty place. They ask for ID and signature for my $4 purchase when there is no signature line on the receipt. Also under staff and rude employee. I would not recommend this place. The also don't take Apple Pay.

My friends and I refer to this gas station as the "Opiod AMPM". Today really cinched it when I was pulling in to park to buy a couple lottery tickets. There was a burgundy minivan to my right with a driver slumped over the steering wheel with their door opened wide. Clearly the person was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lana is one of the worse people to work there. Unwilling to do her job and give me a refund for something I didn’t want to purchase. Unprofessional and rude. I would never support this location again…
