If it were possible to give a lower rating, I would. The staff there treat people as if they are superior and believe they have the right to scream and yell at customers. It's a business that seems to be based on racist attitudes. The woman claiming to be in charge, whose name I didn't catch, was a short, unkempt woman with poor dental hygiene, and she appeared to be under the influence of something. She claimed to be the owner's daughter, which I sincerely hope is not the case because her behavior was unacceptable, especially as she made a point of highlighting my Hispanic heritage. My advice to the local community is to avoid patronizing this establishment; our town deserves better. I hope this place undergoes a change; it used to be a staple in Hemet, but now it's an eyesore and an embarrassment.

After buying my rib sandwich I realized that the condiments dispenser had no BBQ sauce so I asked the man taking inventory. He said behind the counter so the lady working the register gave me two packs. I asked for two more and she said it would cost extra so I gave her the 1$ and she threw it back to me. I decided I'd just leave as the woman was so rude. I'm walking out and am now in the parking lot when I hear some one say where's your teeth at tweeker. I turn around to see who's saying that and it's the rude cashier from inside and she's talking to me. I couldn't believe she came out of the store to cause conflict with me . As I took my first step in her direction she pepper sprays me and I instantly turn my back to her as she emptys her pepper spray on my back as well. I'm looking into legal advice on this because that woman came out of the store with pepper spray, discriminating on the way I look saying things to get my attention with the intent of using the pepper spray. Nice way to diffuse a situation. This place should be closed down .by the time I'm done with them I'm going to make sure it is. Since then I've had trouble breathing, my eyesight blurry I have burns on my skin from the spray still haven't been able to get it out of my eyes. This is a lawsuit in the making.

I hate that I have to give at least one star I'd give none if I could ..this male cashier at 7:30pm tonight was flirting and gave 3 free hot chocolates to a woman and her 2 children and when I got up to the register after her had to pay full price for my daughter's hot chocolate. As a female customer that made me really unhappy. If your going to hand out free hot chocolate it should be for everyone not just someone he finds attractive...

I am not happy I came today to get a coffie but I have to pay first not good in the store dont have nothing creams or sugar at differents tasted I really disagree the way you must pay to get the coffie first in I ask the manager in she say that how its goes I really see bad attituded bad bad bad in she is the manager!!! today 11-03-22 around time 9am

wish this AMPM would consider mounting a bicycle rack . like we riders know very well it only takes second for someone to take advantage and ride off with bicycle and when that happens nothing left to do but walk back home ..

Yesterday I had a flat tire and and had to change the tire. My hands were dirty and I stopped at am/pm and asked if I could wash up. Terri the cashier had noticed my hands dirty and with me not saying much she went to the restroom and opened it for me. She was very attentive to my needs. And throughout it all she had a smile . Sometimes that's all we need to make our experience pleasant.Customer Service.... A+Thanks Terri!?AM/PM (State St. & Menlo)

Currently at the ampm I tried to put gas in my car it said to see cashier yet they're closed when it's supposed to be 24 hours. The sign says they would be back at 2:40 yet the person who's working there completely ignored another customer and I as we were knocking trying to get his attention since he could see us and we clearly see him. This is very inconvenient because now I have to have a family member who was already asleep bring me gas from another gas station, when I'm already at a gas station that's supposedly 24 hours! Final conclusion, Even with cash at hand, no service was provided.

It was across from a hospital, there in a hurry. changing ambulances, I swiped a card, got gas and didnt miss a beat.
