I dont know what it is about Bowlero, This go's way back a few years bowling in Moreno Valley. It seems these managers that handle the ordering in the Bar cant seem to keep the stock needed for us bowlers, Currently bowling at Hemet Bowlero, Nate being the manager in charge of Bar ordering has been told about product out of stock for 2 weeks, so you show for for bowling every week wanting your drinks to hear the bartender to tell you sorry we stil have not gotten our order in.. Very irritating!
Someone needs to get a handle on this .. Its no wonder that people bring there own drinks in when a manager cant keep a bar stocked..
The rest of the Bowling Center and employees I have no complaints.
Thanks for looking into this for us bowlers..

Went on a Thursday, shortly after 12pm when they opened.
It was only me and seniors enjoying their day. I used my summer pass and got two games in. Bowled almost identical, 118 & 117.
The two ladies closest to me were respectful we each had bowling etiquette.
Restrooms were clean + the employee who checked me in at the desk was friendly and respectful too. He made me feel comfortable coming to this particular location for the first time.
Balls were better organized than at other locations + bowling shoes to rent were in way better condition than other locations I’ve been to.
I’m glad I decided to leave the house today and bowl at Bowlero Hemet.

******************update********************* I brought my family here last year for my daughters birthday. I had a party planned out. It turned out great. So we did it again this past Sunday. I had a party of 9 people. When we got there, they said they couldn't serve soda because they had no Co2. Mind you, I reserved it a week ahead of time. So, since we had no drinks, I asked for a pitcher of water. The guy at the snack bar had an attitude and told me he only does pitchers of beer, and we have to walk over there for every cup of water. Really? So we went almost 2 hours of bowling with nothing to drink. In the last 20 minutes, the manager in charge finally gave us some water. Too late by that time. This is why we always go out of town for things like this. Totally ruined my daughters birthday vibe. I will not be going here again. It's a shame

The manager, Nathan, reached out to me. He apologized and explained what had happened. My whole experience was inexcusable, and he right their wrong. My youngest birthday was coming up, and he invited my family to come in for her birthday and show us how we should have been treated.. on them! We showed up, and the area they had us in was beautiful. My daughter was really happy. They went above and beyond with the service, and I appreciate them. We will be back. You guys rock.

Today we, The ARC ALUMNI FELLOWSHIP, had our annual Alumni Fellowship bowling tournament @ Bowlero Hemet, CA. Jaime the manager accommodated us immediately even while extremely short staffed, and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. She and the staff delivered our food order and beverages on time and with a smile. I noticed the manager was running all over the facility making sure that all needs were being met, even for other customers. Our group had a great time and will definitely be scheduling our next tournament here @ Bowlero Hemet, CA. This is a great place to come for family fun and quality service. SPECIAL THANKS: to Jaime and her available staff for all your hard work and making every effort to facilitate our event with smiles and quality service. ??

The best arcade I've ever seen at least in a long time. The French fries are delicious but they could be cheaper. It's $14 for a large fries. You do get a lot of fries though. The place is huge as well.

It's a fun place to hang out. Good for dates or just passing time with friends. Seem to have done some upgrades and changes recently. Respectful workers too. Really cool place to relax and have fun.
