I don’t like that they won’t let you inside the facility. The outside area smells of urine pretty bad but they are friendly and have cheaper prices than others in the area. I’ll probably use them again in the future based on price alone.

Staff was very kind to my baby, and handled her gently. And the Dr. was great at communicating what needed to be done.

Amazing staff and Dr! I was not able to get an appointment at our regular vet For over a week!. I called all over the valley. Acacia Animal Hospital squeezed me in the next day. I am so grateful and appreciative of their kindness and excellent service for my sick senior dog. I highly recommend them for your pet needs. When nobody else could, they came through. Thank you!

Dr. Bath is a kind person. However, the customer service and professionalism isn't there. We never received one return phone call after leaving messages, we were told conflicting information (the receptionist doesn't know or care about what she is talking about and often provided different information than the Dr or the Nurse), the doctor was 1 hour late for a surgery. We did not leave our 7lb little girl with her to do the surgery. If they are super disorganized and unprofessional with the simple things before the surgery, what will happen after the surgery? We also found out the blood test the Dr ordered did not include a coagulation test - which is very important. The blood sample was drawn at the office on Thursday and on the same day the surgery was scheduled for the next Tuesday. We waited for a call from the office regarding the results of the blood test. Dr said the blood test was important to determine if it will be safe to give the anesthesia. She said some dogs can pass away from the anesthesia. The day of the surgery, Dr had not yet read the results and yet they expected us to leave her with them. No way. Additionally, we were told that it could possibly take until 8PM for us to be able to pick her up after the surgery due to her not being "with it" for possibly many hours. The Dr who would be performing the surgery said that the surgery will be at 11AM and we can pick her up at 2PM (which we did). Why would she say no telling when she will be with it. I suspect the plan was to keep her over night and unnecessarily charge more $$$...? I will say though, they were good at giving us quotes and taking our money and putting fear in our minds. I think it is possible they wanted a pay day. I would suggest that this Dr hire an office manager and train staff and put some customer service procedures in place. More importantly, stop BS'ing pet owners who love their pets sooo much you think you can take advantage of them. FYI Our little girls surgery went fabulous, she is doing well and the cost was $100's less.

Don't judge from the exterior pictures. Friendly staff inside. I was mainly looking for a back-up veterinarian. This place might be the one. ?

I brought my cat in with what I thought was just an infection they gave me antibiotics and ran test, I called multiple times and didn’t get lab results for over 3 weeks. The vet said it wasn’t ringworm, it was. Within the 3 weeks it took for them to call back it spread to my other cat and the antibiotics were only making it worse. DON’T COME HERE!!

Uncaring. We were in a situation with our pet that has epilepsy, ibd, and thyroid problems where chewy ran out of her needed dog food and didn’t tell us for days and days, causing us to run too low on her food. In desperation we called around to the vet hospitals trying to find a place that had it. Every hospital we called until this one tried to help us in every way they could with idea and looking for her food. This hospital was the first one in over 20 that did, yet even with our vet willing to send over the prescription, they refused to sell us the food because we haven’t been seen by them! They would rather let the animal suffer than help. Uncaring vets aren’t to be trusted in my book, wouldn’t go there now for anything.

We went to the hospital for our dog because he was in need of surgery. We were there years ago with the previous Vet. Unfortunately he retired and the new vet is impossible to get in contact with. My wife left four voice messages for them and never got a response. Our dog was desperate need for surgery and we couldn't a response from them even if it was (sorry we can't do the surgery), NOTHING!!! No way to run any kind of a business let alone in a industry where a animal is suffering. Very sad!
