The middle aged woman who said she was the owner, Mariba Novaro?( she wrote her name down for me, and her handwriting is hard to read) is homophobic and short tempered. I'm transgender, and it sucks enough without the owner of the local 7-Eleven going out of her way to misgender me as many times as she possibly can in one interaction. I understand when it can be an accident, and this wasn't. She admitted she knew exactly what she was doing, and she doubled down and tried justifying her behavior to me. I didn't raise my voice, say a curse word, or insult her, because honestly I'm used to casual homophobia. And it honestly seemed like she was having a bad day and was taking the stress out on customers

Horrible customer service. The lady doesn't understand anything I'm talking about or say. I buy 12 things . Of course I want a bag but she rings me up already. I have no change. No common sense at this one . Stock your lids don't mop when theirs 20 people inside getting slushies.

Bike with my boyfriend late tonight to put money on my cash app and bought a pizza some other snacks and fountain drinks .
Paid all in cash .. cashier was nice and didn’t mind making the pizza and he was quick at making it too.

So idk if they associated me with them because of that but the treatment I got for just showing up and purchasing a few things is ridiculous . Someone needs to train these people better or hire all new staff and security all together if they don’t want to lose business because I can’t be the only person who has been exposed to such terrible attitudes at this place .

every time i come here it's dirty , homeless people standing outside asking for money ! their machines for slurpees are out of order. your workers stand around talking to each other and never helping customers. this store needs managers and some serious staff that wants to work !!!

The kid you had working the counter this morning 6/17/23 who was wearing glasses was extremely rude. Terrible customer service every time I come here. He told me he runs the store how he wants to…ok? Whatever that means. The only thing this 7 eleven has going for it, is the products and how could you mess that up?? I’ll be back in a pinch but will try to go elsewhere. ???
